Mandatory Fields When Reserving a Room: It is critical to our conference center operations that the number of attendees AND setup are required fields when booking a conference center meeting room. These two fields should be blank forcing the requestor to enter a value, instead of being pre-populated with a “1”.

Make the "Add Services ..." email configurable
When using the O365 plugin to book a managed room with services an email is sent to the user.
Can this email layout and content be configurable?I find it inexplicable that this email should contain all services offered by the vendor even if they have not been configured for the room resource.

Ability for Smart Calendar to use Delegated Permissions to access Graph API
In relation to the Smart calendar integration with Outlook using Graph API, we are requesting the following recommendation be considered for development by the Condeco Product Team.
Smart Calendar should have the capability to be able to work effectively using ‘Delegate’ instead of ‘Application’, the reason for this request is to provide a more granular granting of permissions by individual users.

Meeting Room Bump Reminder
For groups that are set to bump meetings that are not checked in, and/or for Condeco screens that will bump a meeting if not checked in, we should have a Bump Reminder email sent, 5 minutes prior to the meeting being bumped. This would reminder users they must check in or lose the reservation.

Holiday placed in Availability Calendar
It was suggested to have public holdays booked out in the calendar as well so then we dont have to place these dates in as not working however not sure if this will work with different states having different public holidays

month/day mixed up
The program is mixing up month/day in date when using "find a colleague" feature.
Today is Sep 2, I've found a person and hover mouse over his location. Allow 1/2 day bookings
Ability to book 1/2 days would be useful. If the 1/2 day was for the morning, the space could be marked "Pending cleaning" so it couldn't be booked in the afternoon.

Desk Bump Reminder Notice too short
Reminder for Desk bump needs to come in much earlier than 10 minutes before desk expires.
I book a week in advance and forgot to revalidate the booking and was in a meeting when the reminder came up.
