  1. Ability to add visitors over a date period

    When people are visiting they sometimes stay more than one day, I would prefer to enter visitors with a time period from when till when instead of only the first day, also if more than one person is visiting i would welcome a bulk input option!! thank you!

    Hi!

    We’re happy to let you know that “the ability to add visitors over a date range” was included in our recent update, released today.

    If you’re on Evergreen, you will get the update automatically as part of your Evergreen schedule. Alternatively, you can raise a request using My Condeco to get the update.

  2. Add full visitor functionality to Video Administrator Role

    We have reception teams who carry out dual roles (Making VC bookings and carrying out local reception functions). The Video Administrator should also include the ability to carry out Visitor Management functionality (as a checkbox in the User Management module).

    This makes it easier for the Receptionist to do their dual roles without needing a separate native logon to Condeco (which is time constraining and frustrating for them).

    Please implement this fairly easy change and make it easier for our global workplace team to do their jobs.
