An error occurred while saving the comment As someone who manages Service Requests,
I would like filter settings to be saved when changing screens
So that I can look between different SRs that meet the same criteria.

When I search for an employee, I would like to see their Org Unit information, but Engage only shows the space allocation on the person card. This can be confusing / misleading.
The Person card should show the employee's org unit information, or there should be more clarification on the card.
