Having our admins log in multiple times a day to check for meeting room booking requests is quite inconvenient. They are used to using Outlook to manage rooms. Outlook notifies you immediately when a room has been requested to book.

We only do whole day bookings so having each booking appear twice in a report is inconvenient and slows us down when trying to determine volume for a given day.
