    It would be great if a new field was added as a standard for this kind of capacity. I find I need to add it to most clients to track this, both in a corporate (for meeting rooms) and for Academic (classrooms and auditoriums)

    I have had enough clients frustrated with the amount of control they have over publishing. Having things consistent across the application would make the user experience that much smoother.
