I agree. This is confusing for the user and needs to be changed. We may need to create a sign for the kiosk explaining this behavior to users.

Excellent suggestion. We have events that are very popular and setting a capacity limit would assist in over booking and disappointed users.

Agreed. We would like Outlook users to open the Condeco Add-in and have the ability to choose a room and view a floor plan.

And it would nice to have the user access this control from the Today page or as an option in the menu (left side of web page). Today, users have to access their profile to do this.

Our users are also asking for this feature. It doesn't have to be a full booking history. We are asking for the ability to specify a date range and then export.

The updates on the mobile app don't appear to help with iPAD. Do we need a separate update on the iPAD?

We are seeing this behavior as well. When will a fix be released for iPads? From our IT support team.
Changing my status = crashes app - both home screen as well as if i click the calendar and change status

Because we have to meet ADA requirements, the meeting room screens are a little low in height for some users. An option to increase the font size would help.

Some departments/buildings have a large number of rooms. Searching via a capacity field would be helpful.

Seems like push notifications are available for the Condeco Connect mobile app but not the Condeco Room and Desk booking app. More users are asking about this feature. The email is nice but the push notification is better.
