It would be good to extend a booking after the scheduled end time has passed.
Currently we have to copy the existing booking to the next time slot, which takes time to process.

This is a great idea - we often have meetings that go on beyond the booked end time.
Receptionists cannot see into every room as we have many rooms on a large floor. -

It would be good if there was an alert for the supervisor when the number of requests pending reaches a certain limit or has been awaiting action for a certain length of time.
This would help greatly in making sure agents are keeping on top of the requests in a timely manner.
