We are looking at making the vendor dashboard responsive on a mobile or tablet. It will be a simplified UI and so not all functionality will be available in this view.

Contains rich details on the booking and including different services¨
Considers the different steps and processes from an booking is made to its served and done so consider steps for kitchen staff, waiter staff, IT and equipment staff etc.
Has push notifications and general notifications and ability to sign a specific person to a booking and also put the order in different steps. So all is always informed on where order is and who needs to do what. Eliminating the complete need to always go in and refresh the page to see updates.
A communication channel inside the app as well. Able to write and communicate with staff. Useful when new information comes up and rest of staff or specific person needs to know. Eliminates need to communicate via email and phone and in person.
Ability to add more items if guest is requesting something more e.g. food, beverages etc.
