A number of our high traffic office locations have limited seating, and users are unable to find seats the night before because all of the seats are spoken for with a reservation - the next morning when check in and bump time is implemented a lot of the seats open up - is there any way to send an additional email the night before so that people can remember to release their seats if they do not plan on coming into the office? currently, only one reminder can go out in the morning before bump time.

Thank you for the suggestion!
We are implementing an update to the booking slot logic so that users can only book one workspace type (for example a desk) a day. We plan to launch this in April 2024.

VC ID is referring to the value entered in the Cost Center column (since GT is using Cost Center to capture VC ID)

Can the Cost Centre column width be adjusted to the whole VC ID is visible? At least then they could match up the tasks to the same booking.
Can the list be sorted by the Cost Center column? At least then they could sort the list and bookings with the same VC ID would all be together.

Can use the 'VC Ref' field from Vendor Dashboard to search using the VC ID field in 'Find bookings' - however it is not the same naming convention that we agreed on, VCID, therefore causing confusion

The VC ID field from the 'Find bookings' page does not correspond to the 'Cost center' field Grant Thornton is using to capture Video Conference ID

The search results table will be updated to always show the 'Book' button. This will bring this table consistent with other tables in the application. We hope to have this available in the next release of the application.

Our request is to have this prompt be checked for all users because we want to make sure when a meeting space is deleted the room calendar invite is also removed "via outlook - when a meeting space is deleted without the outlook calendar deleted (box unchecked) it blocks off the microsoft team room calendar - which can then cause a double booking, or the room to be blocked off when there is no meeting. the calendar invite is what dictates the conference room's schedule
