It is already possible to configure the application to allow scanning of QR codes whilst not enforcing QR code check in on the resource. The QR code is always scannable regardless of where the QR code is set to 'Active' in settings. However, we do recognise that the current wording on the Resources page is ambigiuos so we will be updating this as well as making sure our Knowledge Centre article is clear on this item.

Allow email reminders for personal and meeting spaces to be updated with functions like the ‘OneClickDelete’ tag. This will enable users easily cancel meeting if they can not attend in a last minute reminder.
