Hoteling - Enhanced functionality to generate the cleaning work request right after booking
Work request to clean a booked space should be created immediately after the booking is confirmed so there is ample time to get the work scheduled. (Currently occurs at the end of the day for bookings and is on 1 work request)
Existing process allows a user to book the same space over multiple days, if the workstation has not been cleaned after the 1st use, subsequent bookings are not cancelled and the person is not notified.
Similar situation: On Friday.. User 1 books space x for Tuesday, shortly afterwards, user 2 books same space x for Wednesday. (Space remains available for booking because the actual booking event has not occurred yet. This makes sense & should be the case). But, cleaning Does Not occur on Tuesday night prior to user 2 arriving on Wed. User 2 should get notified that work was not competed and space is not safe for use. (possibly a workflow rule to check upcoming bookings in rooms with status="Requires Cleaning")
Have option for Morning Start Time as well as Morning End Time for partial day bookings. (to allow 8-12 AM booking, 12-1 cleaning, 1-5 PM booking)

For Archibus v25.3, which is the upcoming release we have resolved items 2 and 3. You will have the option to auto-cancel bookings if the room has not been cleaned by 4AM on the booking date.
Also employees affected by the cancellations will be notified via email.I am keeping this idea open to look at improving Back 2 Work bookings and cleaning requests, based on other items listed here.
