  1. Background function – When PM are auto generated via Service Level Agreement, the Craftsperson assigned and work requested assigned dates are generated by a calculation from the Date to first do on the PMS table.

    The Craftsperson assigned and work requested assigned Time is generated by the Service Window on the SLA and the time is defaulted to the earliest start time on the Service level agreement.

  2. Problem:
    When additional steps such as "Approve", "Estimate" or "Schedule" are added to a Service Level Agreement. you only need to click on the "Estimate" button to move to the next step and so on. This means you can simply move through the step with no addition of a "Trade" for example. The resulting WR will have no trade which has ongoing problems with the visibility of WR to users.

    Solution:
    The SLA should have the additional functionality to make certain fields in that step Mandatory before you can finalise the step. You should be given the ability to click/select…

  3. Version 26.3 => maintenance console => Additional Documents and activity

    Do not display Step Log Steps that are not relevant.

    When a WR is are requested stage there are multiple people that are able to take action, such as issuing the WR. when the action is completed, all of the other "possible people" remain visible. This clutters up the users view of the actions taken on that WR. By removing these records for this you will see a more succinct view.   4. I frequently find that I need to remake PM Procedures including manually reassigned equipment/locations and defining PM Schedules whenever there are major changes to the SLA work teams and similar.

    I would like to see an option to search for equipment/locations by selecting/entering an existing PM procedure (under the filter options) in the assign procedure to equipment or location view.
