  1. Building Operation Maintenance Console - Actions button field Auto size to the amount of action buttons shown on the users view. Where there is one button shrink field size to suite. This gives more real estate availability. The same for date Work requested column. It needs to be made small by wrapping the header.

  2. Develop a tool or task within Web Central that could bulk upload the PM task and PM schedule. I think it would be helpful than doing it one by one. The user will have an option to bulk upload or record it one by one. The tool will just have two simple steps for example - just upload schedule and task. And then the tool will auto populate the tables necessary for successful WO generation. Maybe a template file would be necessary for task and schedule.

  3. In Maintenance Console, the Status field heading is not displayed because the default grouping is by Status. If you change the display to group by another field such as Building, then you must manually add the Status field heading under Select Fields to view the status in Maintenance Console. However, once you exit Maintenance Console, the Status field heading is reset to not display by default.  

    It would be nice if the Status field heading remained even after leaving Maintenance Console.

  4. Background function – When PM are auto generated via Service Level Agreement, the Craftsperson assigned and work requested assigned dates are generated by a calculation from the Date to first do on the PMS table.

    The Craftsperson assigned and work requested assigned Time is generated by the Service Window on the SLA and the time is defaulted to the earliest start time on the Service level agreement.

    Problem
    When there are multiple PM activities that are always scheduled on the same day for the same Craftsperson (example 7 small jobs of 50 minutes) when the PM is generated the Work…

  5. Problem:
    When additional steps such as "Approve", "Estimate" or "Schedule" are added to a Service Level Agreement. you only need to click on the "Estimate" button to move to the next step and so on. This means you can simply move through the step with no addition of a "Trade" for example. The resulting WR will have no trade which has ongoing problems with the visibility of WR to users.

    Solution:
    The SLA should have the additional functionality to make certain fields in that step Mandatory before you can finalise the step. You should be given the ability to click/select…

  6. Version 26.3 => maintenance console => Additional Documents and activity

    Do not display Step Log Steps that are not relevant.

    When a WR is are requested stage there are multiple people that are able to take action, such as issuing the WR. when the action is completed, all of the other "possible people" remain visible. This clutters up the users view of the actions taken on that WR. By removing these records for this you will see a more succinct view.   7. Work requests may have long descriptions, attached documents, comments, checklists and a lot of additional information that may be useful.
    Allow Maintenance Managers and Technicians to view a summary of the work request. This could be achieved using AI.
