  1. Add function that allows PMP's to be associated to eqstd or/and csiid so that PMS records can be auto-created with a default schedule date. If the PMP holds the interval information and table holding the relationship between csi and/or eq_std. This will allow for a number of useful features

    1. Quickly assign PMP to new assets
    2. Check if assets are assigned to the correct PMP's
    3. Add New PMP's to assets that are already in the system when things change.
    4. Review what assets need to be updated when/if PMP's are no longer required.

  2. The parts inventory has the ability to refer to a security group “PO APPROVER" so that parts generated in a PO are automatically approved and where the role doesn't have the security group doesn't have the “PO APPROVER" then these parts when requested as PO start off as a status of 'Requested'. This would the intended design of the product but the '%' security group often seems to be needed for power users and areas like the workplace portal.   4. In V2025.01 when parts are received on a purchase order, an inventory transaction record is created. It would be helpful to record the Purchase Order Code on the inventory transaction record and then display it in the View Inventory Transactions Web Central view so inventory managers can report on transactions related to POs.

  5. Currently, the only way a craftsperson can view work requests dispatched to their work team(s) is if they are set as a IS SUPERVISOR = YES. But if you set them as a supervisor, they have the ability to Close and archive work requests.

    There's a need to have an in between level of access for a Craftsperson record that can only view their assigned work (IS SUPERVISOR = NO) and a Craftsperson record (IS SUPERVISOR = YES) that can view all work requests dispatched to their assigned work team(s) and be able to take supervisory action like closing work…

  6. I frequently find that I need to remake PM Procedures including manually reassigned equipment/locations and defining PM Schedules whenever there are major changes to the SLA work teams and similar.

    I would like to see an option to search for equipment/locations by selecting/entering an existing PM procedure (under the filter options) in the assign procedure to equipment or location view.

  7. I would like to propose the following improvements to the Redlines feature:

    1. Allow the unit of "Area" to be changed from ft² to m²
      Many users prefer to use square meters (m²). For example, when the Base Units are set to Metric, I would like the unit to automatically switch to m².

    2. Allow the text position in "Textbox" to be adjustable
      Currently, the text is fixed to the top-left corner of the box, which may overlap with other text elements on the floor plan. I would like to make the text position movable to avoid such overlaps.

    1. Reorder the list of 'Completed' work requests via the maintenance console to place transactions with pending verification steps at the top, enabling users to view and prioritize tasks more efficiently

  8. Tie Maintenance costs into the cost module so that they can be tracked against Invoices and payments. I believe this is the case for project costs currently.

  9. Provide the ability to edit Labor hours of an archived work request that missed the check and balance step. Or add some logic that won't allow such a large error to be closed. If actual labor hours > X then don't allow the request to be closed where X is configurable.

  10. Ability to "AutoReject" work requests based on the parameters set in the SLA.
    For example: problem type cleaning is offered at Location A but not Location B. If a user submits a request for cleaning at Location A, the SLA routes it to be actioned further. If the user submits a request for cleaning at Location B, then SLA rejects the work and notifies the user that the service is not offered at this location.

  11. I would love for the TIME MANAGEMENT - EDIT, INPUT & APPROVE page to have lines/different colours/something to distinguish the different days. Often I have to scroll down and over to get a full picture of the information and I get lost as to which day column I'm in. (Please see photo for an example) Also, having the Day/Date bar move down with you as you scroll would be ideal.

  12. Sometimes a short video helps better identifying the nature of the problem than a picture, and thus assigning a proper priority or work team.
    Of course the size/duration of the video should be restricted to avoid large files to be uploaded to the database.
    Certainly useful in OnSite for technicians to better document incidents, might be also useful in the Workplace portal but with a lower priority

  13. It would be good to be able to trigger an SLA based on the Room Category/Type.

    Use Case: if the WR is located in a lab (Room Type), I want a specific SLA to be used (one that notify the Lab Manager or require some approvals, for example).

  15. Link CF calendar/availability to PM forecast. Currently when CF is in leave and a PM is forecast the SLA/Forecast does not look at the Calander to calculate due date. Put option in SLA to take into consideration the CF calendar eve n though the PM may be a fixed PM

  17. Archibus should allow the creation of status in the configuration and a way to map process (approve, estimate, plan) to status. We found out that the number of status is limited if you want to track specific questions such as:
    - differentiate between request that are waiting for planning that the one being planned
    - differentiate between request waiting to be processed by a craft and a request being processed, a request processed but not verified by the supervisor

    Also we have custom needs for billing and there is no way to create a status for this.

  18. When selecting a year for generating e.g. the problem type report, it is apparently possible to only select a year for the "Calendar Year" option.

    Apparently, there is no way to select a year for the "Fiscal Year" option, because the Pulldown is right next to the Calendar Year option.

    However, the pulldown refers to both and should be arranged differently.

  19. Building Ops - Maintenance Console - Work Request - Documents and Activity - Additional Document and Activity.

    When a WR is at requested stage there is a list of users that are able to take action on the request (approve and estimate). Once the WR is issued the users that did not take action should be either hidden from the view or removed from the activity log.
