While filling the checklist in the Onsite App, there is no "." decimal button to add point places
While filling the checklist in the Onsite App, there is no "." decimal button to add point places.
Example :
In the Onsite App, I have a work Request assigned to a technician and he has to fill the checklist. While filling the checklist, there is a number field where he need to input the reading of the pressure of a equipment.
The meter reading value is "34.21"
In the above value, the user is only able to input 34 value in the number field and there is no point / decimal (".") button in the number keypad. This feature…

Comments put on a WR when assigning a CF to show up in OnSite
Currently, in the Maintenance Console, when a Supervisor assigns a Craftsperson to a Work Request and puts a comment, that comment does not appear in OnSite.
Craftsperson should be able to see all comments entered on the Work Request they have been assigned to. Especially when that comment is made at the time of the assignment.
The rational is that when a supervisor assigns a CF to a WR this is when they add a comment for the CF.
Users are confused as they're putting comments when assigning CF but then the CF does not see it.

Enable Support for Trusted Self-Signed HTTPS Certificates
We’d like to request that the OnSite application support HTTPS certificates that are self-signed or issued by internal certificate authorities, provided they are trusted by the operating system.
This would improve compatibility with secure enterprise environments, especially those using MDM solutions and corporate VPNs.
A local patch had previously resolved this issue successfully, and we’d appreciate if this capability could be officially integrated in a future release.3 votes -
Issue with Reading Checklist After Offline Data Download
Description:
We are experiencing an issue when attempting to open checklists after downloading offline data in the OnSite application. Although the offline data appears to download successfully, the system shows a delay or fails to read the data properly when we try to open the checklist. From our observation, it seems like the app is not fetching the newly downloaded data and instead continues trying to retrieve older or cached data. This results in slower performance or failure to load checklists as expected.
However, when the application is opened in true offline (airplane) mode, the checklist opens quickly — suggesting…

Warning to be issued when the Entered Value deviates from Standard Value
We would like to have a mechanism that allows the inspector to notice when the entered value deviates from the standard. (Primary upper and lower limits, secondary upper and lower limits)
Please check the attached screenshot :
①Upper and lower limits can be set
②If the input value deviates from the reference value, the color of the screen changes.
An error pop-up③is displayedWhy we Need this Enhancement Request?

Error - Jason 500 error on downloading background data. I have 100% failure to load background data, with JSON Parse error: Unexpected Token. I believe it is because that the volume of data being loaded passes a timeout limit or the app is not fault tolerant enough for system latency. on possible solution is to further parametise other back ground downloads to remove or stagger data that is not used by the business or certain roles. Example is that we may not want gardeners to download eq data. Or download less history or no warranty. Our eq table stands at…

Deactivate tagging in OnSite comments
it would be nice to have a parameter to deactivate the tagging feature in comment in OnSite and the Maintenance Console.
The rational is that sometimes, Archibus is the back-end system that manages the work request.
The communication with the customer is then handled by the front end system.
In this scenario, we don't want Archibus to send emails to people for work requests.2 votes
