    An enhancement has been released to Serraview to better support dynamic BSSID ranges in Wireless Access Points. 

    For further information on this feature, please refer to the the SVLive WAP Configuration page on the Serraview Knowledge Centre, or contact Serraview Support via the Eptura Customer Hub.

  2. Serraview Live Health Monitoring

    An in built platform to notify of any changes to SVLive health, including drops in data via wired or wifi, or at individual desks, floors or buildings.

    We already have several Insights dashboards that help admins monitor SVLive health. These reports can be scheduled or triggered when a certain condition is met. Please see the Knowledge Center article:
