  1. Space Type Import

    Space Type Hierarchy Import:

    Currently making changes to the space type hierarchy is manual and slow.

    With some clients having quite large hierarchies it would help with:
    - The initial upload
    - Bulk changes to default properties of existing space types e.g Charge Rules

  2. User Import

    It would be great to have a way to bulk import Users with specified roles, whether it be in conjunction with the Person import or as a seperate import.

  3. Org Unit Hierarchy to include Cost Centre column

    In the new 3.0 Org Unit Hierarchy, it would be great to have the Cost Centre information in its own column and searchable instead of needing to select individual Org Units to view CCs. Previously in v2, it would display in brackets next to the Org Unit Name.

  4. Update photo URL in People Directory

    Currently, the only way to update a photo URL associated with a person in the system (the photo that shows up when you search for a person in Engage) can only be updated via Import. I'd like to make that change in the people directory, as this would be a bit easier.

  5. Change User to Normal/SSO

    As a System Administrator,
    I'd like to be able to convert users from SSO to Normal/SSO
    So that I can allow users to log in manually, even though the instance is set to force SSO.

    Currently, we need to submit tickets to support, but it would be more efficient if client administrators could do this themselves.

  7. people directory

    There used to be a function called "People Directory" where you could look up an associate and have all their details. It has disappeared; please bring this back!
