Mobile app needs to respect default booking period defined in group
Our meeting room groups all have the 'Default Booking Period' to '30 Minutes'. The web app respects these increments. However, the mobile app allows meeting rooms to be booked in 15-minute increments. A further impact is that reception teams are unable to confirm requests that begin or end on '15' or '45'. Condeco has confirmed this issue. The mobile app should respect the default booking period defined in each group.

Be able to see who has booked a desk from the mobile floorplan
A user can see on the floorplan in the web, who has booked a desk – but this option is not available on the mobile app.

Single Day Booking Only function must also applied in the mobile app
Single-Day Booking Only - bookings cannot span across multiple days.
And this function is only applied in the web application but not it the mobile application.
This creates a big issues for the end users when it comes in booking a meeting spaces.

Book for external users on Mobile app
Currently there is no way to book a desk for someone who does not have Condeco account via mobile, can’t find “is External” in mobile app, can do from desktop. Can I please suggest this feature is added as it will be of great use .

Condeco Magic Auth/QR Code Challenges
Condeco Magic Auth/QR Code Challenges.
• QR codes cannot be rendered on our mobile browser as they are not embedded in the email – even if they were, there is no way to scan a QR code on the same device
• Reliance on a desktop or 2nd device to login – means you need to display the QR code on a desktop to scan it
• The Log in with Email button does not work as we do not use native Safari browser or native Email clients for security reasons

Scalebility in MobileApp floorplan after booking
The topic of mobile application floor plan.
It is absolutely useful to be able to scale the floor plan exactly as it was before the booking after a booking. If an employee has to work at a branch where he/she has never been before, he/she does not know his/her way around and has to search for the exact location of the workstation. To properly orient myself, it would make sense to see the complete floor plan and then potentially rescale it if necessary. The strange thing about this is that it used to be possible. Search For Colleagues Working From Any Location Without Any Dependency On Default Location
Today, you can view your calendar and see the if your "team" is working at one location. This location has to match your default location configured in the app. You will NOT see your other team members bookings at other locations. For example, if my default location is set to NYC I will only see my team members that have booking in NYC. If I have other team members working from other locations (LA, Chicago, etc) I will NOT see their bookings UNLESS I change MY default location to their working location( LA, Chicago, etc). Location Sync from Web to Mobile
It should be basic usability of the mobile application that when location changes are made on the web version, it should synchronise to the mobile version.
Eg. Adding/removing attributes, or locations on your environment, if they change on your web version it should be reflective on the mobile version."Please be informed that I've checked this with our Engineering team, and they've informed us that this is an expected behavior for the mobile application as per design.

I hope there is also an Any option in the mobile APP
Because after adding a department to the mobile APP, you can only book a seat in the department by clicking on the department. If you want to book other seats, you need to click on other departments to book other seats. Hope to add an Any option to see all seat

Auto refresh groups in mobile app
When adding a new Personal Spaces group the user needs to logout and back in again before the group is visible.
This is unwanted behaviour and the App should refresh new groups automatically or at least when restarted.
This is related to Issue 00064035

I do not see the floor plan LEGEND in the mobile app. I DO see the floor plan LEGEND in the web portal. Can we get a LEGEND to appear in the mobile app as it appears in the web portal?

Option to not auto-book a teams meeting when booking a room on Mobile App
Just because we have O365 doesn't mean that we use teams for meetings.
We should be able to turn this option off. or give the user the option to book a teams or not.
It is not our preferred system for remote meetings and we should be able to choose not to. It's going to cause a lot of issues.

Change Default to "You're not working" or give option to choose to Admins
To be able to change the default to "You’re not working" instead of Working Remotely
And/or can we Change or add the options to:
1. I am not working
2. I am working from home
3. I am on another Chubb Site

When deleting a booking in the Mobile App, it should also delete in Outlook
We use the Condeco Add-in for Outlook. When deleting a booking in the Mobile App, it should also delete the appointment in Outlook. I don't understand how deleting the booking in the Mobile App releases the Microsoft 365 Resource, but will not delete the Outlook Appointment it created itself. Why can it create an appointment in Outlook but not delete? If we delete from the Mobile, then we have to open Outlook and delete from there as well. This is not efficient, and can create confusion for the user.

The Mobile Application needs to show information as reflected in the Web Applications 'Latest News' section. Especially in case of important information that we need our users to see when using the Mobile Application.

Preferred Attributes for Certain Groups
It would be nice to setup user profiles with preferred attributes for certain bookable groups?
As with the idea of having Condeco being a company's universal source of booking various resources (eg. Desk, Car Park, etc...)It would be nice if you split these resource into groups, you can have certain attributes for each group, which is possible, but when you set your profile up, you can't have preferred attributes for each group.

booking grid
It would be nice to be able to access the Meeting Spaces Booking Grid on the mobile app. Our Facilities department would like to see what meeting is in which room, the number of attendees, room configuration, notes, and host name when they are away from their laptops. Thank you.

Allow booking/editing of linked rooms in mobile app
Currently linked rooms aren't available in the mobile app and must be booked within the web application. If booked it's not possible to edit a linked room booking. Edit is only possible in the web application.

Only auto desk check-in should happen through Location service. Stop manual desk check-in functionality.
At present, user can check-in their desk from anywhere from Condeco web portal or from mobile app. User should not allow to do Desk Check-in manually through either mobile app or web portal.
Auto Desk check-in should only happen through mobile when user is around / near the desk. This will prevent user to perform desk check-in when they are not in office.
