  1. The visitor has passed their estimated on-site time. Setting allows to determine a buffer window of 15-30-45-1hr increments before the visitor name is highlighted across the log screen, identifying that the visitor may still be onsite and needs security to track them down.

Secondary action - visitor is highlighted and a notification is sent to the host to verify visitor status or meeting end status. Notification is then sent to the visitor, kindly asking them to return their badge to the front desk.

Think highly secured facilities, gov, financial, and data centers.

  2. Automapping the question and answer when importing of group visitor list. We have around 10 customize question and staff required to map 1 by 1 every time which is not user friendly.

  3. When we create a group visit, all visitors are default to the same visitor type. The table for creating group visits should allow defining individual visitor type for each visitor.

  5. If AI is in our future direction.....Listing some example prompts the Security team may use for reporting.

“Show me all visitors on-site right now by building.”
“Which contractors are scheduled to arrive tomorrow who haven’t completed safety training yet?”
“Who has been on-site more than 10 times this quarter without a permanent badge?”
“List all visitors checked in after hours this month.”
“How many VIP visits did we have last quarter, and which departments hosted them?”
“Were there any denied check-ins due to expired credentials?”
“Which visitors have NDAs that are about to expire?”
“Show me all visitor logs for…

  6. The current approval workflow is an all-or-nothing at the onset of an invite. Multiple missed opportunities in the gov space show that a multi-step approval is necessary to stay in regulatory compliance.

Build this if-then scenario into the rules setting of building a workflow. If they are here for x, approval is required by this user; once approved, then passed to approver 2. Once these pre-reg steps are answered, only then will the next welcome steps be sent to the visitor.

  8. At the moment, for recurring visitor, the same QR code is provided for their use. Once the QR code is used for gate access, it cannot be re-used. Subsequent visits will be denied with the same QR code. We suggest for each new day of visit, a new QR code should be provided so that access will not be hindered.

  9. Possibility to create one badge template per visitor type
When you manage major events regrouping multiple visitors , it is critical to generate different badge layouts. With the current solution, it is difficult to create more than 4/5 template as we are superposing each template based on rules
The fact to already link the tempate with the visitor type, ease the process

  10. Select which custom field are visible in Outlook plugin.

Could be done by a checkbox when creating or editing a field.
Perhaps also a way of chosing the order of the fields.

Some of our custom fields, are related directly to each guests answers in the preregistration. They are not related to the entire visit.

  11. In the Reception dashboard, there is no way to sort custom fields. For example, we have a custom field to record the visitor access card number. This will vastly improve the efficiency given we have thousands of visitors per day.

  13. The solution is able to accept generic emails as visitors, but most of users won't allow badges for example, or formal check-in with generic names.
    One suggestion would be:
    - detect generic emails (could be hard), and if possible raise a warning to the owner
    - allow the modification by check-in team or organizer, to edit/modify/suppress a visitor in an invitation before printing badges
    - prevent printing of badges with generic emails
    - allow organizer himself to edit the form (plugin/Web) during the invitation registration, to complete the visitor information, by adding at least Lastname/firstname/society/email fields so that at least…

  15. Over time, the data storage for Proxyclick/Eptura Visitor grows too large to download other data or update iOS. As a workaround, our company deletes and redownloads the app to refresh the data back to a satisfactory size. In doing this, our IT has to provide a unique code every time this is done. We ask that a feature be added to offload excess data so that iPad storage is unaffected and is able to download data from other sources and update easily.

  16. When NDAs are signed on the iPad, they are saved locally indefinitely, causing the iPad's storage to fill up and the device to malfunction. Additionally, no iOS updates can be performed. The only solution is to reinstall the app to wipe the data, which is extremely inconvenient.

  17. Just like the visitor notification templates, but designed for emergencies. Quick one touch access to templated emergency communication and response.

  18. Allow communication to go out to expected visitors as well. Today visitors and employees can only get emergency communication if they are checked in, visitors who are on their way will get no warning. There is also no way for a visitor to communicate back via text. "Stuck in an elevator".

  19. Currently only admin users can start an emergency directly in the Proovr application. In the event of an emergency, most companies have numerous members to their emergency response team who should be able to complete this function, but should not have admin rights to the system. Adding additional user right categories for Proovr functionalities would be beneficial for emergency response.

  20. We got two iPads in the reception (with the same software, connected to the same network etc). One of them is significantly slower than the other when it comes to checking in our guests/visitors. With that we mean mainly printing their labels/tags with a big delay, which takes up to 10-15 seconds each time. While the other iPad takes around 3-4 sec, which is normal. It takes equally long to get their name to pop up on my real-time log, so I can't really see who they're visiting till after they've left the reception area. The printer is on wired…
