Outlook plugin custom field selection
Select which custom field are visible in Outlook plugin.
Could be done by a checkbox when creating or editing a field.
Perhaps also a way of chosing the order of the fields. Some of our custom fields, are related directly to each guests answers in the preregistration. They are not related to the entire visit.

outlook add-in
We would like to have an opportunity to create a visitor through outlook add-in as well, as it is currently difficult to get all the details at one place and we have to edit the fields in dashboard again which is not user friendly.

Extend the Outlook add-in with Visitor Type selection
Since the Visitor Type was added, the Outlook add-in was not updated to show this field.
It would be great to add it, which allows an employee to directly select it. This saves time as the employee would not need to open the web app to make changes.

Custom error message for invalid uid error
When the visit is deleted from the Eptura Visitor application, and the user proceeded to delete the meeting from Outlook, the host will receive and error message saying "Invalid value for UID".
This is very confusing to users. Instead, they should receive either more user-friendly error message, such as "The meeting has already been deleted from Eptura Visitor" rather than a technical, backend error message. This is not communicating well to all users.
