Clean NDA's after X amounts of time
When NDAs are signed on the iPad, they are saved locally indefinitely, causing the iPad's storage to fill up and the device to malfunction. Additionally, no iOS updates can be performed. The only solution is to reinstall the app to wipe the data, which is extremely inconvenient.
Our Product team is currently reviewing your idea. We may contact you if we need additional information or clarification. While not every idea will be added to our product roadmap, we carefully evaluate each submission and yours will receive full consideration.

There used to be a bug in a certain app version that caused visitor photos to be stored which caused a storage issue. That was fixed and we were wondering why the storage continues to fill up until I saw this, it makes sense now that it's due to this oversight. Why are NDAs even being stored on the device anyway?

Over time, the data storage for Proxyclick/Eptura Visitor grows too large to download other data or update iOS. As a workaround, our company deletes and redownloads the app to refresh the data back to a satisfactory size. In doing this, our IT has to provide a unique code every time this is done. We ask that a feature be added to offload excess data so that iPad storage is unaffected and is able to download data from other sources and update easily.
