Search and Reporting using AI
If AI is in our future direction.....Listing some example prompts the Security team may use for reporting.
“Show me all visitors on-site right now by building.”
“Which contractors are scheduled to arrive tomorrow who haven’t completed safety training yet?”
“Who has been on-site more than 10 times this quarter without a permanent badge?”
“List all visitors checked in after hours this month.”
“How many VIP visits did we have last quarter, and which departments hosted them?”
“Were there any denied check-ins due to expired credentials?”
“Which visitors have NDAs that are about to expire?”

Watchlist Alerts - Include more information
When a visitor triggers a Watchlist match, the alert email does not identify which office/location the match occurred at, or the date/time of the actual visit. This creates operational delays for local teams who need immediate context for escalation.
Requested Feature:
Add a configurable field in Watchlist alerts to include:Office / site name
Partition / location
Visit date/time
Impact:
Critical for real-time threat response across global offices. Helps ensure the correct regional team responds immediately, improves accuracy in incident handling, and reduces security risk.2 votes -
Late Check-Out Visual Indicator
The visitor has passed their estimated on-site time. Setting allows to determine a buffer window of 15-30-45-1hr increments before the visitor name is highlighted across the log screen, identifying that the visitor may still be onsite and needs security to track them down.
Secondary action - visitor is highlighted and a notification is sent to the host to verify visitor status or meeting end status. Notification is then sent to the visitor, kindly asking them to return their badge to the front desk.
Think highly secured facilities, gov, financial, and data centers.

Multi Step Approvals built into workflow
The current approval workflow is an all-or-nothing at the onset of an invite. Multiple missed opportunities in the gov space show that a multi-step approval is necessary to stay in regulatory compliance.
Build this if-then scenario into the rules setting of building a workflow. If they are here for x, approval is required by this user; once approved, then passed to approver 2. Once these pre-reg steps are answered, only then will the next welcome steps be sent to the visitor.

Global view of Kiosks showing connection status, Eptura app version, OS version
As a large organisation with 16 sites and 30+ Kiosk devices (iPads), it would be immensely useful to see a single pane of glass view of all our Kiosks, showing their connection status, Eptura app version, and iPadOS version. This would make it infinitely easier for our support teams to maintain these devices, troubleshoot, and keep them up to date.

Dark mode interface option
Hello,
My team and I use the visitor dashboard at all hours of the day and night, it would be really comfortable if we could turn the dashboard interface into a "dark mode" to help us reduce eye strain and keep a more comfortable brightness on our displays.

When checking in at the iPad kiosk, if a visitor QR code has an issue, there is no error message
There is no error message and that frustrates visitors as they might attempt to scan it endlessly

Prompt for reception when a visitor’s first and last name are missing.
As part of the ID Outlook plug-in, it would be helpful to add a prompt for the reception team when a visitor’s first and last name are missing. Currently, if the contact isn’t saved in Outlook, only the email address is passed through, which means no name details are captured

Add "User Rights" to the standard user report
At our organization, user access management requires a quarterly recertification audit of user access to be approved by managers. It would be valuable if Eptura Visitor platform could add "User Rights" to the standard user report so it can show what user role currently has and if it should be retained or removed. It would also be useful since we have 14 instances of Visitor, if we could run one central user report for all entities at the same time. Thank you for your consideration.

Emergency Comm to expected
Allow communication to go out to expected visitors as well. Today visitors and employees can only get emergency communication if they are checked in, visitors who are on their way will get no warning. There is also no way for a visitor to communicate back via text. "Stuck in an elevator".

Bulk user and rights management
There is currently no way to bulk add or remove users from multiple locations. For organisations like ours with centralised IT support, adding and removing staff / admins from 16 locations manually is time consuming and non-value add. In addition, there is currently no way to bulk assign or remove user rights.

Enable custom fields to be hidden during visitor creation
There's currently no way to hide custom fields when an employee books a visitor on the dashboard (under “show more”) but have them display on the kiosk and during remote registration. Hiding these fields at visitor creation would enable us to ensure that certain information, such as health information, is only completed by the visitor and not completed by the host in error.

Possibility to create one badge template per visitor type
When you manage major events regrouping multiple visitors , it is critical to generate different badge layouts. With the current solution, it is difficult to create more than 4/5 template as we are superposing each template based on rules
The fact to already link the tempate with the visitor type, ease the process4 votesOur Product team is currently reviewing your idea. When Creating a Group Visit, allow setting the Visitor Type
When we create a group visit, all visitors are default to the same visitor type. The table for creating group visits should allow defining individual visitor type for each visitor.

Opening Proovr 'Start an Emergency' function to additional user groups
Currently only admin users can start an emergency directly in the Proovr application. In the event of an emergency, most companies have numerous members to their emergency response team who should be able to complete this function, but should not have admin rights to the system. Adding additional user right categories for Proovr functionalities would be beneficial for emergency response.

"Remote Visitor Check-in"
Looking through the Eptura Visitor updates and I noticed that you have remote employee check in. This is not something we are interested in HOWEVER, if this is something we could use for visitors that would be ideal.
We currently have a two remote locations that are a few blocks from our main building. Because of the size we do not have front desk staff at these remote locations, additionally it is a multi-tenant building and we are unable to place a kiosk in the lobby. A perfect solution would be for guests that are checking in at our remote…

Uploading files in the profile of a visitor
There is currently no way to upload files into a visitors profile other than having the visitor upload them in the pre registration. It would be very nice to have the ability to do this in the visitor profile in the dashboard. This would be nice to have as this way we can upload the documents also without having to send them te preregistration again.
