WA Defects - Critical: Multiple VoiceOver (Screen Reader) Accessibility Issues on iPad
A comprehensive accessibility audit of the Visitor Management System application on iPad has identified multiple critical failures in supporting users who rely on the VoiceOver screen reader. These issues prevent users with visual impairments from being able to navigate the application, understand its content, and complete essential tasks independently.
The defects can be categorized into three primary areas of non-compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1):
1. Lack of Meaningful Information for Screen Readers:
2. Failure to Communicate Dynamic Content and Status
3. Illogical and Broken Navigation Experience1 vote -
Mask guests sensitive data
It would be great to hide the guests name so it is more GDPR compliant. We are currently only using the QR code check-in option because we don’t want our guests to be able to view other guests names when they search for their own during the check-in process and this is for both pre-registered guests and non registered guests.
If we got multiple guests with same name then a guest gets multiple suggestions. Not GDPR friendly. Also it only requires to write three letters to get name suggestions which is also not very GDPR friendly.
No name suggestions should…

Improve management of generic email visitors
The solution is able to accept generic emails as visitors, but most of users won't allow badges for example, or formal check-in with generic names.
One suggestion would be:
- detect generic emails (could be hard), and if possible raise a warning to the owner
- allow the modification by check-in team or organizer, to edit/modify/suppress a visitor in an invitation before printing badges
- prevent printing of badges with generic emails
- allow organizer himself to edit the form (plugin/Web) during the invitation registration, to complete the visitor information, by adding at least Lastname/firstname/society/email fields so that at least…2 votes -

Variables in Invitation email notifications for all tiers
There is a descrepancy on variables in the Invitation email notification. In the power tier you can edit the notification to read "Dear [Visitor name]. This is missing from all other tiers. It seems this is not a functionality enhancement, this should be included on all tiers as this is a simple email cordials. Can you please add the same variables in all tiers please. This is requested repeatedly.

Let guests edit their name in preregistration
When using the Outlook plugin, the Guests name are autogenerated.
The guest cannot change the name while preregistring, and sometime cannot find their registration at the Kiosk.
The end user does not see the .
If the Guest could edit their own name at Preregistration it would be a huge help.1 vote -
Search Function Compare to Watch List
When an admin/receptionist/security user searches the visitor list, it should also search the watch lists to flag anyone who should not be permitted access to the property. Currently if someone who is not pre-registered arrives, Security searches and then calls the host for verbal permission. The host may not be aware that the visitor is on the watchlist. Frequently the host is away from their desk and unable to quickly register the visitor in Proxyclick, so no one is alerted that the visitor should not be granted entry until they arrive at the check in station.

Disable non-SSO logons / Enforce Single Sign-On
When a user is set up for Single Sign On, logging on without SSO should be disabled.
We want to force all logons to be via our identity provider, therefore we need the option to enforce SSO

Proxyclick does not duplicate visit-level field data across all days in a recurring series. In case you use vist level data on your badge template, the data will only be available the first day of the visit but not for the remaining days

Automatic Check Out and reoccurring badge visitor
We would like to request the ability to toggle on and off automatic check out as this effects the badge return process.
EX. If someone does not turn in their badge we would like the system to not check them out.
When we have reoccurring visitors for 4 days the system will check them out each night when we need that badge number to carry with that person for the duration of the stay and confirmed on our end that the badge has been returned. Once we receive the badge and mark as "Yes" then we can mark them at…1 vote -

Custom error message for invalid uid error
When the visit is deleted from the Eptura Visitor application, and the user proceeded to delete the meeting from Outlook, the host will receive and error message saying "Invalid value for UID".
This is very confusing to users. Instead, they should receive either more user-friendly error message, such as "The meeting has already been deleted from Eptura Visitor" rather than a technical, backend error message. This is not communicating well to all users.

Users should not be able to edit their profile if SSO is enabled
our tenant has SSO enabled, however in each user's profile section, they are still allowed to make changes to their profiles! I suggest that this section should be completely disabled because SSO should dictate the contents and not to confuse users that they will be allowed to do so.
