When SSO is implemented, users must always use a special link when logging in.

If a user visits https://app.proxyclick.com, the screen presents a confusing login box to users with no way to start a login via SSO. SSO is enforced so they do not have a username and password to login with.

This problem is exacerbated if a user favourites / bookmarks the location link after login as they expect this to work for repeat visits, but it does not and on repeat visits after the session expires it shows them the login screen.

This became such a problem for us we created an internal short link to our SSO sign in link and advise users to always use this link.
