check-out
Hello,
Could you please make the “Check-out” button the same size as the “Check-in” button?
Many visitors are having difficulty finding the Check-out option when they leave.Thank you for your support.

"Remote Visitor Check-in"
Looking through the Eptura Visitor updates and I noticed that you have remote employee check in. This is not something we are interested in HOWEVER, if this is something we could use for visitors that would be ideal.
We currently have a two remote locations that are a few blocks from our main building. Because of the size we do not have front desk staff at these remote locations, additionally it is a multi-tenant building and we are unable to place a kiosk in the lobby. A perfect solution would be for guests that are checking in at our remote…

Uploading files in the profile of a visitor
There is currently no way to upload files into a visitors profile other than having the visitor upload them in the pre registration. It would be very nice to have the ability to do this in the visitor profile in the dashboard. This would be nice to have as this way we can upload the documents also without having to send them te preregistration again.

We require the ability to ban an email address from receiving a QR code. The current watchlist issues a QR then notifies you (which is too late in our situation). It is fundamental to our operations to be able to ban an email from receiving the QR so that they cannot gain access to the building.

Scheduling Blackout Period
This feature would give subscribers the ability to schedule dates and/or time windows that visitors cannot be added to the Logbook, in advance. Some examples would be: building maintenance , holiday closures, restrictions during a large event, etc

Extend external training options for contractors
Our contractors should not only review a video and confirm that they understood it.
We would like to use a simple Learning Management Solution (LMS) type of process: After viewing the video they should answer some questions with a pass score of 80%. If not, they are required to retake the test.1 vote -
Eptura Visitor and Eptura Engage integration
Using ACS integration, we have enabled the ability for our reception team to select what access level to provide a visitor. Automatically, when registering a visitor it should select "default from the drop down list. However, when the visitor was registered from Eptura Engage, the field is left as blank and therefore.
Better integration between the two system should improve and regardless of where the visitor is registered, Eptura visitor should be able to add the default access level.

Extend the Outlook add-in with Visitor Type selection
Since the Visitor Type was added, the Outlook add-in was not updated to show this field.
It would be great to add it, which allows an employee to directly select it. This saves time as the employee would not need to open the web app to make changes.

Notes Field Formatting in Watchlist Alerts
The Notes field in Watchlist Alerts currently sends as unformatted text in emails, making important information difficult to read or interpret.
Requested Feature:
Support simple formatting options such as:
Line breaks
Bullet points
Bold or highlighted text
Impact:
Improves clarity for security personnel, ensures critical details are not overlooked, and enhances usability of Watchlist and visitor notifications.1 vote -
Watchlist Alerts - Include more information
When a visitor triggers a Watchlist match, the alert email does not identify which office/location the match occurred at, or the date/time of the actual visit. This creates operational delays for local teams who need immediate context for escalation.
Requested Feature:
Add a configurable field in Watchlist alerts to include:Office / site name
Partition / location
Visit date/time
Impact:
Critical for real-time threat response across global offices. Helps ensure the correct regional team responds immediately, improves accuracy in incident handling, and reduces security risk.2 votes -
Kiosk Search - Support Last Name Matching
The current “Recognize Returning Visitors (based on 3 letters)” setting only applies to first names.
For large offices with high visitor traffic, reception and security staff need the ability to search or match visitors based on their last name.
Requested Feature:
Allow the kiosk to recognize returning visitors using:First 3 letters of first name
OR first 3 letters of last name

Add Badge Name Format Option for “First Name + Last Initial”
We would like the ability to format visitor badges using full first name + last initial (example: John S.).
Current options only allow:
Full first name + full last name
First initial + full last name
This enhancement would support privacy, improve readability for reception/security teams, and align badge formatting with our internal standards across all global offices.
Requested Feature:
Add a selectable badge variable or formatting option that outputs:
{First Name} {Last Initial}.1 vote -
Bulk user and rights management
There is currently no way to bulk add or remove users from multiple locations. For organisations like ours with centralised IT support, adding and removing staff / admins from 16 locations manually is time consuming and non-value add. In addition, there is currently no way to bulk assign or remove user rights.

Enable custom fields to be hidden during visitor creation
There's currently no way to hide custom fields when an employee books a visitor on the dashboard (under “show more”) but have them display on the kiosk and during remote registration. Hiding these fields at visitor creation would enable us to ensure that certain information, such as health information, is only completed by the visitor and not completed by the host in error.

Enable reporting that runs entirely in the browser
Currently to do any meaningful reporting you need to extract data outside of the system. Given the types of data stored in the system, this is not ideal and presents compliance challenges.
A big improvement for reporting would be to enable us to run reports entirely in the browser. Allow us to customise those reports, schedule them to run at set intervals etc.

Users not added to a location when SSO and user provisioning are implemented see a non-user friendly error screen
When SSO and user provisioning are enabled, If a user is not added as a user of any location (not yet provisioned), they see a non-user friendly error screen that doesn't advise them what to do. Suggest this page be more user friendly and advise the user to contact their Eptura Visitor administrator or similar?

Improve dashboard login when SSO is implemented
When SSO is implemented, users must always use a special link when logging in.
If a user visits https://app.proxyclick.com, the screen presents a confusing login box to users with no way to start a login via SSO. SSO is enforced so they do not have a username and password to login with.
This problem is exacerbated if a user favourites / bookmarks the location link after login as they expect this to work for repeat visits, but it does not and on repeat visits after the session expires it shows them the login screen.
This became such a problem…

Global view of Kiosks showing connection status, Eptura app version, OS version
As a large organisation with 16 sites and 30+ Kiosk devices (iPads), it would be immensely useful to see a single pane of glass view of all our Kiosks, showing their connection status, Eptura app version, and iPadOS version. This would make it infinitely easier for our support teams to maintain these devices, troubleshoot, and keep them up to date.

Dark mode interface option
Hello,
My team and I use the visitor dashboard at all hours of the day and night, it would be really comfortable if we could turn the dashboard interface into a "dark mode" to help us reduce eye strain and keep a more comfortable brightness on our displays.
