Prompt for reception when a visitor’s first and last name are missing.
As part of the ID Outlook plug-in, it would be helpful to add a prompt for the reception team when a visitor’s first and last name are missing. Currently, if the contact isn’t saved in Outlook, only the email address is passed through, which means no name details are captured

Add "User Rights" to the standard user report
At our organization, user access management requires a quarterly recertification audit of user access to be approved by managers. It would be valuable if Eptura Visitor platform could add "User Rights" to the standard user report so it can show what user role currently has and if it should be retained or removed. It would also be useful since we have 14 instances of Visitor, if we could run one central user report for all entities at the same time. Thank you for your consideration.

Emergency Comm to expected
Allow communication to go out to expected visitors as well. Today visitors and employees can only get emergency communication if they are checked in, visitors who are on their way will get no warning. There is also no way for a visitor to communicate back via text. "Stuck in an elevator".

Opening Proovr 'Start an Emergency' function to additional user groups
Currently only admin users can start an emergency directly in the Proovr application. In the event of an emergency, most companies have numerous members to their emergency response team who should be able to complete this function, but should not have admin rights to the system. Adding additional user right categories for Proovr functionalities would be beneficial for emergency response.

Slow check-in
We got two iPads in the reception (with the same software, connected to the same network etc). One of them is significantly slower than the other when it comes to checking in our guests/visitors. With that we mean mainly printing their labels/tags with a big delay, which takes up to 10-15 seconds each time. While the other iPad takes around 3-4 sec, which is normal. It takes equally long to get their name to pop up on my real-time log, so I can't really see who they're visiting till after they've left the reception area. The printer is on wired…

Late Check-Out Visual Indicator
The visitor has passed their estimated on-site time. Setting allows to determine a buffer window of 15-30-45-1hr increments before the visitor name is highlighted across the log screen, identifying that the visitor may still be onsite and needs security to track them down.
Secondary action - visitor is highlighted and a notification is sent to the host to verify visitor status or meeting end status. Notification is then sent to the visitor, kindly asking them to return their badge to the front desk.
Think highly secured facilities, gov, financial, and data centers.

Multi Step Approvals built into workflow
The current approval workflow is an all-or-nothing at the onset of an invite. Multiple missed opportunities in the gov space show that a multi-step approval is necessary to stay in regulatory compliance.
Build this if-then scenario into the rules setting of building a workflow. If they are here for x, approval is required by this user; once approved, then passed to approver 2. Once these pre-reg steps are answered, only then will the next welcome steps be sent to the visitor.

Must have features
1.There should be an ability to customise the approval. For example, only go through approval if user has selected from the custom field " drop down list "Additional Access"
Ability to select which visitor type should get remote registration request. For example, we do not want our standard visitors to get this request, but we contractors should so that they have the ability to upload their RAMs.
A live chat function that users can use to chat directly to reception

Additional Host Identification
Global Security Site Supervisor at Global Security Operations Institution is looking for ways to identify hosts who happen to have the same name. He has only been presented with options such as add a "1" or "2" into their name but he would like real identifiers such as email and group/BU to be identifiable upon first glance.

Include a "switch visitor location" option when editing a single or group visit that has been mistakenly input to the wrong location.
We have multiple locations and over 2000 staff. When staff are set up on ProxyClick they are assigned to a default location which may/may not be where they frequently have visitors. Sometimes our users forget to switch location before booking in their visitors. It would be a great help to our reception staff at each location if there was a "switch visitor location" option within the edit function for a single or group visit that has been mistakenly input to the wrong location. They could select the correct location and the visitor is quickly transferred to the correct location dashboard…

WA Defects - Critical: Multiple VoiceOver (Screen Reader) Accessibility Issues on iPad
A comprehensive accessibility audit of the Visitor Management System application on iPad has identified multiple critical failures in supporting users who rely on the VoiceOver screen reader. These issues prevent users with visual impairments from being able to navigate the application, understand its content, and complete essential tasks independently.
The defects can be categorized into three primary areas of non-compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1):
1. Lack of Meaningful Information for Screen Readers:
2. Failure to Communicate Dynamic Content and Status
3. Illogical and Broken Navigation Experience1 vote -
