Allow simultaneous use of proximity-based check-in and QR code functionality
FTI is currently piloting QR Codes as an alternate method for reserving personal space and meeting spaces (rare exceptions) in offices that may not require a desk or room screen. Included in this pilot, FTI is looking to increase employee check-in rates by enabling the proximity-based check in feature set. It was to FTI’s discovery that proximity-based check in is not available for a resource where “QR code check-in is enabled” as per Eptura’s knowledge article linked below.

Floor plan view with the assigned desk usernames/initials
From a Facilities manager perspective, and with the goal of most efficient realestate utilisation, ability of view the floor plan with key booked areas is very important.
The internal team have had tools that allowed them to look at assigned desks for users on a floor plan which is non-existent in Condeco Desk booking today.This allows to address or attend the assigned desk user needs and help them on priority given their needs with assigned desks.

QR Code Desk Booking
Please add the feature to book a desk via QR code.
This would allow users to walk up to a desk, scan the QR code with their phone camera(ideally outside the app) , and book it on the spot.
This would make booking a desk quick and easy.

Attribute Reporting
Ability to have reporting for room attribute data identified and available for reporting and analysis. Example: Understand utilization of seats with sit stand, or 4K attributes, or video conferencing equipment.

Ability to book a personal space for an external person from Condeco Mobile App
This function is current available on the web portal only. It would save time for users to have the ability to also book a personal space for external visitors from the mobile app.

It is possible to book on behalf of users from the Condeco mobile app. On the Book tab under 'Book a personal space' you can select the text 'Booking for yourself' which will allow you to search for another colleague and book on their behalf.

Sort 'Location' in alphabetical order.
There needs to be the possibility to sort 'Location' in alphabetical order. Promotes a significantly better overview

We have a requirement for some of our resources to close on a specific day. However, this is currently not possible on Condeco.

Ability to invite to "Team Days" from the web application
The "Team Day" feature in the web application is great, however (as stated in another idea) some companies can't use the web application on personal mobile devices due to rigid security requirements.
Therefore, it would be great to not only be able to accept or decline invitations (coming from mobile) within the web application, but also to be able to create invitations in the web application.

In the office designation
There should be an option for 'In the office' even if you have not booked a desk. You might be in meetings or in a booth or breakout space, and therefore in the building. Otherwise, it just says 'You are working remotely' which may not be the case.

currently, confirmation email only includes room info for the primary room of a multi-room booking

Ability of searching a date range when using the "Find a colleague" option
Being able to search a date range, either in the app or web browser would be beneficial and more convenient.

Create a new option to enable/disable the Teams day feature on the mobile app
Having the Teams day feature is creating a lot of angst amongst our teams sharing the same space. We've had staff members book the area for their teams, some of those team members then forgetting to select their desk or decline the desk booking for that day, ending up with a desk not being utilised that could've been used by another staff member from another team. As we WFH 3 days a week, if a staff member does not see a desk is free at least the day before, they would not be able to come in to the office.…

Team days for non-mobile users.
Dear Team,
I appreciate your effort for implmenting the team days booking feature but the Team day feature is at the current state not appropriate ! It excludes non mobile users completly and therefore isn´t of use for our company. Furthermore creates confusion as non-mobile user can not even accept a teams day invite via the web portal. The creator of a team day invite needs to clarify first if all team mates are mobile users before he can ensure all can participate in this process. It would at least be acceptable for the beginning,…

Automated desk booking notification 24 hours before the date (without the bump)
Hi, I would like to suggest for Condeco to have the ability to send an email reminder that they have a desk booking in place 24 hours prior the date; but without the desk bump in place. At the moment, the only way to have a reminder in place is to enable to desk bump as well which would automatically remove the desk bookings if user does not check in. We want just the email reminder feature.
1 voteWe have now released in the Condeco application the ability to enable Personal Space reminders through the use of 'ICS Files'.
An ICS file, which stands for "iCalendar" file, is a type of file used to store and share calendar events and appointments.
When the 'Attach ICS File' option in Group Settings is checked, the recipient of the 'Booked for' or ‘Booking confirmation’ email will receive it as a calendar invitation. This invite will appear in their native calendar app, but it won't show that they're busy during the scheduled time. So, when others check their availability using the 'Scheduling Assistant,' the invite will not make the user appear as “busy”.
