Hovering over floorplan instead of ‘find a colleague’
It would be nice to be able to hover over a floor plan to find where your colleagues are sitting.
63 votesWe have introduced the ability to see other colleagues bookings from the Mobile app.
"See who's in" has been added to the Today page that allows users to quickly view the default location and who is currently in the office. They can see the 'initial' icons to quickly identify team members and tap on the space to see the colleagues full name and space name.
Search has also been updated with these icons and information cards as well as 'Find your team'.

Move the 'post an idea' lightbulb so that it is not in the way
Please move the 'post an idea' lightbulb image across on the screen as you can no longer use your arrow to scroll down the screen

We’re happy to let you know that in our latest update, we’ve moved the idea lightbulb and replaced it with a ‘Suggest an Idea’ link within the top toolbar. We’re sorry to anyone who had trouble clicking on the book button when trying to reserve a room.
Please Note: Your Condeco application will need to be updated to the latest version (in accordance with your organisations update policy) for you to see the change.

Desk Booking Periods
This may have been posted previously but I can't seem to find it.
Can Condeco be configured to allow desk bookings periods which are more flexible than just the AM/PM options?
For example, being allowed to book a desk for a 2 hour time slot.48 votesWe have introduced Hourly personal space booking into the application. Block out a group of rooms
Currently, if a room is out of use for a period of time and you want to hide the room you need to create a new group and move the room to that group. It would be good to have a function to close/hide a room at a click of a button.

Ability to easily book spaces for a team
As the managers are planning on which employees will be required to come into the office on a particular day or week, they can quickly search their team, select employees and auto assign to an area or zone.

Check availabilty/Book Space via QR Code or report issue
Currently the application supports QR Code Check-In capability. We would like to expand the capability of the QR Code to allow for the space to be booked in addition to check-in. This will provide a fuller experience for users allowing them to quickly reserve a space without going through steps to search for the space within the mobile app.
45 votesUsers can now scan QR codes to check in and book spaces. If 'Report issue' feature is enabled they will also be able to 'Report an issue' with the scanned resource. Spaces QR codes can be scanned using Condeco app or native camera app if the 'https://condecoapp.condecosoftware.com/rid?' prefix is added. This full URL can be generated in Condeco reports.

Desk Booking Reminder Email (Day Before)
A Desk Booking Reminder Email sent to staff the day before would be valuable. It would provide a timely reminder of their desk booking and ideally a link to release the desk if it's no longer required.
42 votesWe have now released in the Condeco application the ability to enable Personal Space reminders through the use of 'ICS Files'.
An ICS file, which stands for "iCalendar" file, is a type of file used to store and share calendar events and appointments.
When the 'Attach ICS File' option in Group Settings is checked, the recipient of the 'Booked for' or ‘Booking confirmation’ email will receive it as a calendar invitation. This invite will appear in their native calendar app, but it won't show that they're busy during the scheduled time. So, when others check their availability using the 'Scheduling Assistant,' the invite will not make the user appear as “busy”.
For this release, we have enhanced the ICS file functionality by introducing an 'Add ICS reminder' dropdown box under Group Configuration. With this enhancement, users will now receive native reminders for their reservations directly within Outlook. This can be…

On the main page when people login through the desktop they should be able to view the Floor Map there then having to close todays page to view the floor map.

Scheduled Automatic Reboot of Screens
Currently, we have someone who will reboot all of our room screens about once a week, as they often have issues after a period of time.
If it were possible to force a reboot at a scheduled time (from the admin console), it would aim to resolve a few issues we are having:
• Software updates do not begin by themselves (only begin after a reboot)
• Stale/stuck meetings can refresh in the evening when not in use
• Flush the memory (perhaps this is why the screens are freezing in the first place)32 votes -
Auto detection of external/internal attendees.
Default the attendee type to "External".
When the name is entered from the internal address book, then it will change to "Internal".
In Outlook Add-in, based on the "To:" list, do a detection if attendees are Internal or External, based on email address.
This will ease the need to tagging attendees to "External" to register them into the Visitor Management System.

Ability to bulk transfer bookings from one requestor/host to another
If a user leaves the company and has 200 bookings, the administrator cannot open each booking one by one as it's a tedious task.
When someone leaves the company the meeting sits in their name, even if you change the requestor and host name their replacement cannot amend the booking.
We would like to be able to transfer the entire booking and responsibility of that booking to a different member of staff rather than reception and global admins picking up extra work.

Enable Admins to Restrict Booking Time by Group
Enable admins to set restrictions on booking times for groups. For example, for a group "Huddle Rooms" enable admins to restrict users to booking for 4 hours or less. Include a second option to only enable users to book the huddle room once per day.

Change the landing page after the Today Page to Desk Booking instead of Room Booking
Desk booking is used by more colleagues, more frequently than room booking, so having it as the first landing page would be a better user journey overall.

Allow QR code check-in on mobile and check-in from browser
We would like the ability to use QR code check-in and check-in from browser. All employees don't have a work mobile device and we would like to avoid personal mobiles being used.
26 votesWhen QR codes for check in was enabled in the Condeco application it automatically prevented check in from the web application. The intention was to prevent users from securing a resource unless they were physically in the office. However, some customers have fed back that not all users are able to gain access to the Condeco mobile application to check in.
We have added a new checkbox to Global Setup that allows customers to enable the ability to check in to a resource from the web application even when QR codes are set up.

Make it mandatory for users to enter a meeting title when booking in Outlook
Meeting title - ensuring its mandatory for a user to put this information in when booking a room through outlook.
Improve Message Alert: A message comes up asking user to put a title in but defaults to click "OK" to go ahead with booking a room without putting a title in. Can the message be changed to - 'To add a meeting title, please press "OK"or Cancel’ (and have just 1 button OK)

We’re pleased to let you know that we’ve included this idea in today’s release of Outlook Add-in 6.6.5.
You are now able to configure the add-in so that users must enter a subject in the appointment before they are able to book a room. This will help prevent untitled room bookings in Condeco.
