Microsoft Teams Integration - notice to book Teams rooms in Teams
Text to be included for Teams Rooms:
This room needs to be booked via Teams or Outlook to ensure that the room will be fully functional. There is no need to book via Condeco. The room can be found using: 'Teams room' in Outlook or Teams
Why: Teams need to be booked to ensure the 'Teams platform' is included and the room compute becomes part of the meeting. This is something we don't want to trouble our end users with hence this needs to be 1 step booking to avoid the failing of Skype Room Systems.
E.g. people don't understand that you need to book a room and room compute
