Extend Concierge Tile Management to Group Admins
Currently, only Global Admins can create and amend Concierge tiles, which limits flexibility and slows down communication. Allowing Group Admins to manage these tiles via ‘Additional Administrative Access’ would enable roles such as Communication Officers and Property Managers to create Announcements and Events directly, without needing to raise requests with Global Admins. This change would streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

Customers who are global especially, will have different communications in every country/location so giving those admins permissions to manage the content will alleviate sole responsibility to the global admin to manage that much content. Allowing for expansion for our enterprise customers to be easily managed
