Create Exchange booking when setup buffer timers for a meeting is used
As of now, any booking created in Engage booking grid with a setup buffer timer (e.g. catering) creates a non-bookable timeframe (greyed out calendar) which remains within the Engage ecosystem.
If there is an active Exchange integration, any setup or teardown buffer of the typical 15/30 mins is not synced to Exchange, leading to different information on room availability as per the views in Exchange calendar and Engage web interface.
As such, any setup/teardown buffer generated in Engage should be transcoded as a somewhat "technical Exchange booking" resulting in a real calendar invite in Exchange, keeping Microsoft´s guardrails of how calendar processing works in place.
