Currently, attendees are only sent to Visitor when they are marked as External in the meeting invitation. However, there are scenarios where an employee who is not regularly on-site should still be registered in Visitor for check-in and site access purposes.

While marking the attendee as External will allow them to be sent to Visitor, this can be confusing for end users because they recognize the individual as an internal employee rather than an external visitor.

The feature request is to provide an option to default attendees to External for Visitor integration purposes, or otherwise allow internal attendees to be sent to Visitor without requiring them to be classified as External. This would improve usability and better support organizations that need to register occasional on-site employees through Visitor while maintaining a clear and intuitive booking experience.
