  1. Pop-up announcement page when colleagues login to the app- to inform of events taking place at the workplace, or changes to company policies etc.

  3. Currently, when deleting a user's profile, the pop-up message states that bookings can be transferred to a different profile, but it does not say whether there actually are any current bookings for that user. It would be helpful to know whether there are any bookings to be transferred.

  4. Room Bookings do not get sent a confirmation email if the booking is made via the Outlook Add-In. A confirmation email from Condeco would be really useful especially in troubleshooting issues with the Add-In

  5. Feature to indicate what equipment is down in specific conference room (i.e. broken camera, broken monitor, speaker not working) so that they are aware prior to booking.

  6. Hello - I would like to suggest an idea to have the capability in Condeco to customize a desk bump reminder to suit the group/location persona. i.e the current setup sends out an email 10 minutes before the check-in time. we should be able to edit the 10 minutes' time

  7. the Com+ plugin allows for viewing the floor plan for rooms. Smart Calendar does not. Allowing floor plans would be great for rooms in smart calendar

  8. We would like to have the ability to select closed days.
    Our office closes every Friday but am unable to set desks closed more than one week in advance. Could do with having business days as a tick box in Global settings.

  9. Currently only the user who raised the private meeting can edit a private meeting title.

  10. Currently for managed bookings, when using the 'All' filter, a request that was approved and then updated shows the word 'New' in grey but we want it to be a different ‘new’ than the ‘new’ items that haven't been updated as these are more urgent and will stop users losing the room.

    As it is updated and was previously approved it needs to be actioned before it is missed.

    This view and filtering is of particular importance for managed and blind managed room requests. For companies with many requests in the queue with a busy estate of managed rooms this…

  11. Dear Eptura, we would like to suggest, if you can install a zoom in and zoom out function in the web application of Condeco.

    Many of our users are complaining, they would like to zoom in the floorplan for a better view, but it is not possible.

    It would be good, if you can implement that zoom function for better user experience.

  13. Currently a user who needs to view reports must be made a member of an admin group. Users should be given the least amount of access to the application to do their job. Please create the functionaly to give select users the ability to view/run reports. This way we can assign a person in HR to view run/reports, without giving them the additional privileges and access to manage the application.

    The use case is that certain users need to use the reporting feature, but they have absolutely no business being able to access, view, or manage the application's configuration.

  15. We would like to see a more granular level of 'user administration'. We would like to remove the User Permission privileges for group and location administrators. This is because user access privileges must be restricted to a very small central group of administrators in order for us to adequately control administrator access. We do still need the administrators to add users to restricted groups and to run contact tracing.

  16. Addition of individual Scrollbars for un-positioned items and Floor plan in Floor plan administration. This will help admins to find desk numbers in un-positioned items without loosing location on floor plan while scrolling entire page.

    Please note – Un-positioned items column must be frozen.

    When there are very large floor plans with very many desks it is currently awkward to locate the unpositioned desk icon and its position on the floor plan.

  17. There should be the possibility to add columns e.g. "Meeting Title" to the Requests view (Room Booking > Requests). This would help the administrators to prioritize meetings

  18. To have a functionality for normal users to bulk upload visitors on the Attendees tab in booking from for uploading multiple external visitors at once. This can help clients in hosting category (like ATOS who outsource their workspace to their client to host events) with managing their workspace efficiently. As we are aware, this functionality is available to group admins or above only.

  19. It would be helpful if there was an auto allocate

    When a site has many rooms, you need to allocate all the services to that room which is extremely time-consuming when you have a lot of services.
