  2. We would like to have the ability to select closed days.
    Our office closes every Friday but am unable to set desks closed more than one week in advance. Could do with having business days as a tick box in Global settings.

  3. We want to prevent administrators from being able to book for today, or check-in on behalf of users, in locations where self-certification is enabled so that the process cannot be circumvented.

  4. Once this functionality got disabled, it started affecting our service. Normally, we create hundreds of accounts which now consumes a lot of time, and all details must be triple checked in order to not make mistakes. If it got enabled, it would improve our productivity.

  5. Would be great if there could be a delete limit on Catering items.

    Users currently can currently delete items at any time even if there is a delete limit on rooms, which can be frustrating if you have a Catering Cancellation policy.

  6. If you have a lot of service items it is very time-consuming to remove or add rooms.

    You’ll need click through all the single items to add or remove it from the availability list.

    Is there a way existing services such as the location of the room can be displayed on the room admin page (similar to the attributes on the righthand side).

    Depending on the location selected this list would vary.

    This would make it easier to add or remove (tick/untick) services to a particular room without having to go to all the single service items

  7. Problem: The Webinterface is not supporting hybrid meeting culture. So if you turn on the capacity search, you cannot override it and invite more attendees. Which is a no go.

  8. That is also a big problem, as they cannot book linked spaces via Exchange and in the Conference Booking they cannot override the capacity, what they should be able to do.

  9. That is a must have. We have uploaded now 388 pages of coste codes just for one entity, with the onboarding of a new entity we will get +500 pages. We must map the cost codes to a location base, this is the only validation what we can do. We have to ensure, that users can use only valid cost codes for their entity. Otherwise they could also use a valid cost code from the USA, Singapore or Switzerland which we do not want.

  11. Allow to change the default configuration about the "Add to your Outlook calendar" checkbox

    Since the implementation of the "Add to your Outlook calendar" checkbox option when creating a meeting in the portal, at the bottom left of the "Meeting space booking form" (see attached file)

    --> This option is enabled by default, I mean that the checkbox is checked.

    Would it be possible to uncheck this checkbox by Default ?
    --> So that only users who are interested with this option manually check it by themselves ?

  13. Make it easier for users to view their past attendance over the past week, month, year by adding this to the top of the in office schedule view. At the moment users have to manually count the number of days they've attended the office and can't view the information at a glance. Also the in office schedule only shows the past 3 months data, can this be extended to show 12 months attendance.   15. I would like to request a feature that enables the Admin to set up automatic checkout times for desks. This feature would be particularly beneficial for companies that need to control the amount of hours their teams are using. Currently, the automatic checkout time is set to 12:00 PM, which may not always be suitable for users. Allowing the Admin to set up a custom automatic checkout time would improve flexibility and ensure that desk resources are used more efficiently

  16. Currently a user who needs to view reports must be made a member of an admin group. Users should be given the least amount of access to the application to do their job. Please create the functionaly to give select users the ability to view/run reports. This way we can assign a person in HR to view run/reports, without giving them the additional privileges and access to manage the application.

    The use case is that certain users need to use the reporting feature, but they have absolutely no business being able to access, view, or manage the application's configuration.

  18. The Admin level for managing vendors is currently set to Global Admin, this is far too high and requires more people to have global access than necessary. . Can this level be reduced to Location Admin.

  19. As a global firm with many offices we have established a global standard of how the application is to be configured.
    To avoid the Country and Location admins deviating from the global standard it would be good if anything they change went to a pending state and the global admin can either accept the change or override/reject.

  20. Some of the date picker example inconsistency.

    On Find Bookings, when changing the From Date to a different date, the To date does to not update to be the same as the From Date.

    However on the Find a Visitor under visitor management, when you change the From Date to a particular value, the To date updates to be the same.

    Get the control consistency the same across the application. The same goes with the date picker style (some date pickers have the day of the week starting on a Sunday, while others have it starting on a Monday). It…
