  1. That is also a really big problem. Even when you can make items not orderable for users, they are still visible. Which means, users see what is possible even when it´s just for C-Levels. For example, nobody needs to know, what the brunch for the C-Level costs. We had a really big escalation due to this.

    Request: Make items "Admin only" orderable and therefore not visible for the user. Additional button next to "visible" "Visible Admin only"

  2. Request: Admin must be able to see everything on the grid, while user won´t see this level of detail.

    admins are working almost 95% on the booking grid / advanced booking grid. They reported a data privacy issue, because we had enabled for the booking grid host name, host email und the titel of the meeting. The problem is, if I´m turning this off, also the Admin will not see something. And sorry, clicking on each meeting is not smart especially in 2026. So we must need a grid view / advanced grid view for admins, where they still can…

  3. Currently, there is no way to add or remove colleagues from a Team Day without canceling the entire event. On high-traffic days, this is risky as we often lose the desks to others before we can re-book.
    Please add an "Edit" function for Team Days to allow attendee such changes without losing the existing area reservation. TYIA

  5. It would be really helpful for managers to see their team/department's in office schedule, this will give them a good indication of their team's attendance in the office instead of having to pull reports for each department or providing admin access to managers and having to give them training on how to pull the reports. This will be especially useful in offices where there is a mandatory return to the office and employees are required to attend a set amount of days.

  7. Is it possible to have Meeting Spaces and Book Personal spaces as an option to book on the Today Page/dashboard in Condeco? Currently the only available option is to Book Personal Space.

  12. When administering Groups it would be ideal to provide an option to apply a change to all groups in a location vs. having to edit every group for a single small change that applies to all groups at a location.

  13. Auto-cc (invite) another mailbox (specified by client) configured p/room in “admin”. To enable auto-inviting other resource Skype / Teams / Zoom...

    This will enable auto-inviting another mailbox (resource) whenever you book a specific room. Resources for Skype / Teams / Visitors systems

    Competition already does this. This will enable by booking a room, that another resource like a Skype / Teams in-room conference phone or system is automatically booked. This is a simple change, but can be seen as a “integration” to the clients-benefit. I would do this asap! Great function

  15. It would be good for End Users to see the floor number or group name in the Your Bookings list for Blind Managed Groups. We have many floors in the building and several of the Groups are Blind Managed.

  17. Admin should be able to edit the number of attendees for any type of booking. Now since the deployment of the smart calendar add-in, Outlook appointment cannot be edited anymore.

  18. Admins need to be able to see who initiates team day bookings and who they are booked for. There is currently no visibility to see this information as an administrator.

  19. Resource Management Request to enable configuration of multiple closing periods per resource :
    that for resources multiple closing periods can be setup / configured and recurrently being open / closed according to setup : like montly maintenance for which resources need to be closed

  20. An example of this would be: when viewing Location dropdown from 'Meeting Spaces' Home page, Locations are sorted A-Z. When viewing Location dropdown from Booking Grid, Locations are sorted first by Region, and then A-Z within the region
