  1. Auto-cc (invite) another mailbox (specified by client) configured p/room in “admin”. To enable auto-inviting other resource Skype / Teams / Zoom...

    This will enable auto-inviting another mailbox (resource) whenever you book a specific room. Resources for Skype / Teams / Visitors systems

    Competition already does this. This will enable by booking a room, that another resource like a Skype / Teams in-room conference phone or system is automatically booked. This is a simple change, but can be seen as a “integration” to the clients-benefit. I would do this asap! Great function

  3. It would be good for End Users to see the floor number or group name in the Your Bookings list for Blind Managed Groups. We have many floors in the building and several of the Groups are Blind Managed.

  4. It would be great to have 3 letters instead of only 2 for the abbrevation of our names. We are so many people here, the initials of our names are not unique anymore and lead to confusion.

  8. Admin should be able to edit the number of attendees for any type of booking. Now since the deployment of the smart calendar add-in, Outlook appointment cannot be edited anymore.

  9. Admins need to be able to see who initiates team day bookings and who they are booked for. There is currently no visibility to see this information as an administrator.

  10. It would be really helpful for managers to see their team/department's in office schedule, this will give them a good indication of their team's attendance in the office instead of having to pull reports for each department or providing admin access to managers and having to give them training on how to pull the reports. This will be especially useful in offices where there is a mandatory return to the office and employees are required to attend a set amount of days.

  11. Resource Management Request to enable configuration of multiple closing periods per resource :
    that for resources multiple closing periods can be setup / configured and recurrently being open / closed according to setup : like montly maintenance for which resources need to be closed

  12. An example of this would be: when viewing Location dropdown from 'Meeting Spaces' Home page, Locations are sorted A-Z. When viewing Location dropdown from Booking Grid, Locations are sorted first by Region, and then A-Z within the region

  13. It is not possible to copy group configuration on country level. Just within a country.
    Therefore, it should be possible to either create group templates for reuse or be able to copy group configuration between countries.

  15. We rebill our entities on centrally purchased licenses. The more locations we onboard and true-up the more it gets complicated to know how many licenses are in use for a certain location. It would be nice to assign licenses per location so we can true up where needed and make accurate recharges

  18. Currently, maximum booking duration for meeting rooms are enabled for group. However, Admins are unable to override this rule and this is causing issues as sometimes there are uers that needed the room for valid reasons. Please get this override rule enabled soonest so that it can help in our daily operations.

  20. Users have encountered several issues since Outlook was synced with Condeco. We recommend providing the option to configure whether we want the default tick selected when booking a room, allowing us more control over the setup.
