  1. It would be fantastic if you could view the booked desks in the "Your Team" overview. This enhancement would significantly improve usability by making it easier to coordinate the optimal office day for working alongside your colleagues.

  2. Unset the In-office status when I cancel a desk reservation.
    When I book and eventually cancel a desk reservation, my In-office status remains set to Working from the office.

  4. When the admin looks at the calendar in book a personal space they have the option to select whole week by clicking on all.
    However the end user has to select each day am/pm individually which they find rather cumbersome.
    It would be great if the end user could have the same functionality as the admins

  5. When someone cancels their booking in Engage their status still shows as "in the office". Please have the system automatically change this to "Remote" or "booking cancelled" ?

  6. Automatically stop desks being booked when people are booking rooms.
    Can you please make the option available? We are using Intelligent booking and the system is booking desks when people are booking rooms, we want to stop this as these people may stay only few minutes in the office and don't need a desk.

  7. It should be made possible to create team reservations for multiple teams. We are involved in various types of teams, and currently, it's only possible to make reservations for one team. For example, I work as an assistant and should be able to make team reservations for multiple teams, but this is not currently possible. It should also be possible to make reservations for teams one is not personally a part of.

  8. It would be useful if users could create an alert whereby when a member of staff cancels a desk, employees who have activated a cancellation alert can book that desk on a first come first served basis.

    It is not an uncommon theme for some teams to meet their 2 day PW office days but are are sat on opposite sides of the room or different floors. In some cases, staff select different days than their team to meet the obligation, disrupting productivity.

  9. Can we have check-in time record for fixed desk users too? We would like to have a timestamped record that they actually came into the office. Flexi option will bump the desk, so we prefer not to use that feature for fixed-desk users since they may arrive later than the scheduled check-in time.

  10. Allow Team booking for Hourly Personal Spaces. Currently this feature is only available for all day personal space bookings. We like the functionality of hourly booking and have migrated our spaces to this but do not have the Team booking functionality.

  11. Release of Hourly Workstations- currently they are released by a fixed number of days out. Please consider to release by week (similar to the earlier workstations configuration), wherein it can be set up to release workstations on a fixed day for 2 weeks ahead.

    Less change for behaviour required by the colleagues for this; and yet be able to benefit from hourly bookings.

  12. Our groups represent different departments, therefore only Facilities staff can book desks assigned to the facilities group.

    We should be able to assign a resource to multiple groups, whereby allowing staff from 3 different departments access to book those desks.

    Is there a way of managing the access that I have misunderstood?

  13. When a user searches for a specific date or date range via the floor plan map within personal spaces, the date selected does not show up on the page when viewing the floor plan map. It would be helpful to see the date listed in this view.

  14. Please take away this option for staff to make themselves anonymous (or make it only accessible by admins): "allow colleagues to see own status and personal workspace locations". Too many staff are showing as anonymous and there is no way to disable this for everyone without going through our 2800 users profiles individually. There is nothing to stop them from turning it back on.

  15. If a person with a fixed desk books a different desk, e. g. because they have to work in another building on one day, but changes their mind because, for example, the appointment in the other building is canceled, their originally assigned desk remains bookable and is not reassigned to them. That means, if the desk booking is deleted again, the employee will have no desk at all, even if no booking has been made for the temporarily bookable desk. This has happened frequently. Can this be adjusted?

  17. We have connected our user base through IAM and SSO.
    We automatically remove users that don't belong to the company anymore.
    But people, who have left the company keep an assigned desk which makes no sense for me. Is it possible to automatically unassign a desk when someone is removed from the user database?

  18. Make the field "Company" mandatory for when booking for externals. This would be important to track if it's an employee from an external company (and which) or a visit from a different branch that doesn't have Condeco rolled out. Also is it possible to include it in the reporting? Thanks

  19. Skip "you've been logged out" screen, and try logging in automatically. When it logs aout automaticly, it is really hard to log in agian. If we cilck on the "log in again" in the middle of the screen, nothing happens.

  20. Provide an Overview of the actual Available Workplaces for all users:

    1. Compile a comprehensive overview of all available workplaces across all groups.
    2. Provide a detailed overview of available workstations for individual groups.
