  2. Desk booking slots restrictions should have option to operate independently of each other.
    Example:
    Group A has restriction for 2 booking slots
    Group B has restriction for 1 booking slots
    User should have option to book all 3 slots providing they have permissions to both groups.

    Currently system counts the users booking and restricts in all groups they have permission too. So if they booking 1 or 2 slots in Group A they will not be able to book any desks in Group B.

  3. It would be useful if users could create an alert whereby when a member of staff cancels a desk, employees who have activated a cancellation alert can book that desk on a first come first served basis.

    It is not an uncommon theme for some teams to meet their 2 day PW office days but are are sat on opposite sides of the room or different floors. In some cases, staff select different days than their team to meet the obligation, disrupting productivity.

  4. Can we have check-in time record for fixed desk users too? We would like to have a timestamped record that they actually came into the office. Flexi option will bump the desk, so we prefer not to use that feature for fixed-desk users since they may arrive later than the scheduled check-in time.

  5. Allow Team booking for Hourly Personal Spaces. Currently this feature is only available for all day personal space bookings. We like the functionality of hourly booking and have migrated our spaces to this but do not have the Team booking functionality.

  6. Our groups represent different departments, therefore only Facilities staff can book desks assigned to the facilities group.

    We should be able to assign a resource to multiple groups, whereby allowing staff from 3 different departments access to book those desks.

    Is there a way of managing the access that I have misunderstood?

  7. When a user searches for a specific date or date range via the floor plan map within personal spaces, the date selected does not show up on the page when viewing the floor plan map. It would be helpful to see the date listed in this view.

  8. Please take away this option for staff to make themselves anonymous (or make it only accessible by admins): "allow colleagues to see own status and personal workspace locations". Too many staff are showing as anonymous and there is no way to disable this for everyone without going through our 2800 users profiles individually. There is nothing to stop them from turning it back on.

  9. If a person with a fixed desk books a different desk, e. g. because they have to work in another building on one day, but changes their mind because, for example, the appointment in the other building is canceled, their originally assigned desk remains bookable and is not reassigned to them. That means, if the desk booking is deleted again, the employee will have no desk at all, even if no booking has been made for the temporarily bookable desk. This has happened frequently. Can this be adjusted?

  11. It would be desirable to include the roles of the user in the personal spaces booking grid. So that in emergencies you could see directly in the booking grid whether a First Aider or Fire Marshal is on site and you could also see directly where they are sitting. It would be nice to use the same icons that appear in the user management as soon as you have selected and saved these roles.

  12. Appointments in Outlook for booked desks should be customizable. The time when the appointment for this day is in Outlook should be adjustable, also the title of the appointment as well as the duration of the appointment should be adjustable for the administrator

  13. Make the field "Company" mandatory for when booking for externals. This would be important to track if it's an employee from an external company (and which) or a visit from a different branch that doesn't have Condeco rolled out. Also is it possible to include it in the reporting? Thanks

  14. Skip "you've been logged out" screen, and try logging in automatically. When it logs aout automaticly, it is really hard to log in agian. If we cilck on the "log in again" in the middle of the screen, nothing happens.

We currently have a large number of 'Hot desks' on our system which are generally used when desks are not available directly in your department, however, we've noticed more and more people starting to book the 'hot desk' spaces which is not what we intended. I could mark the desks as 'Closed' but feel that may cause confusion among staff when looking at available desks, so I think it would be really helpful to have a feature where we could keep the desks open & visible on the system but mark them as not bookable so it's clear they are…

  17. On book for a Teams Day, if a colleague is invited to multiple desks on the same day (for example: Friendship group, Team Group, Leadership and Event) When the colleague accepts one booking it should then decline the others.

    There appears to be no link-up or the system to realise that the use now has a desk that day and will not need to have 3 others.

    1. The personal spaces can only be close for a period of time. For example, From Date 1 to Date 2.

    2. If we add a closing period for one day, the resource will automatically open after the day. However, to schedule the next closure, we'd have to set another closure period Date 3 & Date 4.

    3. Its not possible to set multiple closure periods as per the current system design.

    4. If we set a new closure period for the resource, the older closure period will be overwritten.

    To be able to add multiple closure periods for a resource would be truly…

  18. The search result of Find a Colleague, mobile app user search and the User Management is not the same, in case the user name contains location-specific extra characters a lot of users are missing from the Find a Colleague page.
    The same issue happens in the mobile app when you try to add a colleague to your team: only the users appear, whom name does not contain special characters.
    Example in Hungarian language ==> István Biró

  19. be able to set the working week to Monday to Friday, so when next day booking is only available, you can book Monday on a Friday. rather then having to log in on a Sunday
