    1. Required:- We need Desks Booked and Desks Available from one table/API Itself as unable to join the different tables as lack of unique ID/Column, Current:- We have 2 different tables for each without any Unique ID/Column to join the both tables.

  1. BEO (banquet event order)
    Admins/Team able to print out BEO with the catering details to include (delivery/clean up time, delivery location, event name, host/POC name, the order in details (listed of what comes in the room temp buffet) the price.
    There should be an option to have this printed into a PDF or imported onto an Excel sheet. The capabilities to also export this into an excel for daily meetings and daily/weekly sales. Being able to forecast upcoming events for the day, week, monthly view.

  2. Please can we amend the Report Central "Is none of" Filter. Currently, when multiple values are selected and the report saved and refreshed, the chosen filtered values are no longer visible, even when opening the filter option. This makes it difficult to navigate, but can also cause errors and lock the report in a circular if you then accidentally re-apply a filter you have already selected.

  3. The new Banquet Event Order is a great feature to use. It would be of great value to us if the report also included an overview of guest list.

  6. The Banqueting Report under Formatted Reports should incorporate the 'Notes' field, which is a field when adding a resource. This field contains crucial information that must be communicated to our team, but in its current form, the report does not display these details.

  7. We have 2 reception teams that deal with different visitors to different floors. They have to provide a visitor report but currently the report can't be filtered between the two floors and groups. Condeco Support say that the report filters stop at the location which is rather annoying as we need a more granular report as visitors are being sent to the wrong floor.

  8. Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to set the time period yourself or to click on several roles. If possible, please change this in the future so that you can also look into the past if necessary.

  10. Occupancy by meeting room in advanced analytics. Would like to be able to click on any individual meeting room and see the occupancy for that room for a defined time period such as day, week, month, variable time frame.

  11. Could there be reminder prompts that could be enabled / disabled in the Condeco web portal to remind users who have not registered their cards when they log on to the web portal. Could these also be used to promote use of the app.

  12. We would like to have our custom field 'Speciality' visible and included in the data set that is presented on Power BI. We use our meeting rooms for clinical activity and this will enable us to make recommendations on the utilisation of space.

  13. under the "Find your team" option in Condeco there is day description indicated wrongly telling a user this is "Tue 04 Mar" today which causes all the rest of the year is made wrong setup
