  1. When you search for rooms, you get a result list. However, on smaller display resolutions and screen sizes, the room attributes are hidden unless you scroll horizontally on the results list. One would not expect to scroll horizontally because the room booking button stays on the screen. Windows machines automatically scale text to 150% on laptop screens that are 15" with 1920x1080 resolution. This causes the room attributes to become hidden by the book button.

  2. Hello - I cannot seem to find a way to cancel my room booking, especially at late notice. Perhaps if a way was created for room bookings to be cancelled if they were no longer needed, then we could free up more meeting rooms for those who need them.

  5. we should be able to add only internal participants in room booking request. Currently if we activate attendees tab, we have possibility to add Internal or External participants. We would like to remove the possibility to ignore external participants because external visits are directly created in ProxyClick.

  6. Improvement of admin resource page:

    -Implementation of pagination, so that the resource page will only load the data of the currently selected page instead of loading all data every time the resource page is called or another page within the resource page is selected.

    -When selecting the resource page, only display a filter where you can select the desired location, group etc. and the resources are displayed based on this. This would prevent all the data from being loaded at once.

  7. The Data picker/Calendar field in (Meeting Spaces -> Find Bookings) should allow manual entry of date; Currently the user is required to keep clicking on back icon on the calendar view and select the date. Condeco should implement the same Calendar Picker feature that has been implemented on "Find a Colleague" Page

  9. Our goal is to streamline the user experience by auto-populating the employee ID, similar to the process during booking. We also aim to introduce the feature of making custom fields mandatory if necessary, ensuring users cannot complete a booking unless these fields are filled out.

  11. When editing an existing meeting invite, condeco does not indicate if the room showing on the outlook add-in is actually still available. it does not flag if this room is already booked to prompt you to find a new room

  12. ability to set condeco to automatically book a certain type of room if it becomes available ie if a VCU room becomes available at the time I want, condeco would automatically book it and email me. If multiple people have set condeco to auto book a room at the same time it would work on a first come first served basis

  15. When all desks are booked on a floor and you go to look at the floor plan, it gives you a message that all desks are booked and auto kicks you out. So you are unable to see where your desk is located that you have booked or see where another team member has booked.

    This should be a simple fix where one is not auto kicked out of the floor plan view if all desks are booked.

  16. Our employees need the possibility to book pre-defined timeslots for special appointments. It is the same thing as we use for making appointments in the doctor´s office.

    Special case --> special (pre-defined) time --> special appointment

    The user can choose which date fits for his special needs by himself.

    All comes and fits together in special schedule organization.

  19. Dynamic Space Optimization (Personal Spaces)

    Condeco should have an option to open other floors dynamically for booking as and when one floor reaches a threshold limit of booking. Say Floor -2 shows up and made available for booking only when 80% of the spaces (Personal spaces like Desks) on Floor-1 is booked. The Threshold levels are configurable and possibility to 'choose' the default floor that is always open, and then also 'choose' the sequence in where the other floors then open up.
