  2. The auto-bump feature is great for individual no-shows. Can you extend that function that if the booking is part of a series and x sequential meetings are bumped, the entire series is removed.

    Use case: User books recurring meeting for a couple of months. User is then terminated or leaves, but nobody else is associated with the bookings. This can now only be deleted by an admin on request. If the meeting is no longer valid and say 3 in a row are missed, cancel the remainder of the series.

  3. The ability to make multiple closures needs to be implemented so that public holidays etc can be closed in advance and maintenance etc can all be scheduled in without having to erase current closures.

  6. Today, sync notifications send by the Enterprsise Sync service account are send only in english.
    It must be translatable in all supported Condeco languages.

  7. In the 'Attendees' tab, you can only mark an Attendee with 'Internal' or 'External'.

    Nowadays, it happens more and more often that some of the meeting attendees wont be attending in person but are attending via Skype/Teams/Zoom or any other virtual attendance.

    My requests is that Condeco adds the option 'Virtual attendee' in the Attendee tab, so you mark those people accordingly so they wont be registered for with Food Services and they wont be registered in the Visitors Management module.

  8. On the new look booking grid the whole of the host name is no longer displayed on bookings.
    The meeting title font is too big and the words are rather squashed and hard to see all details clearly.

  10. Using the outlook plugin we should have the opportunity to copy a meeting which was held in the past and use it for a future appointment.

  11. When booking a recurring meeting with equipment - if one of the recurrences cannot be accommodated because the room is already booked - the list of alternative rooms includes those where the equipment it not allowed. if the user selects that room (maybe not realising) the booking is still saved, the equipment is not added but the user is not given any warning that the equipment hasn't been booked for that recurrence.

    For example, you can book a projector for Room 1 but not Room 2
    User makes a recurring booking for Room 1 with a projector.

  12. A. Most of our Executive Assistants will have the booking grid open

    1. Web browser on one screen,
    2. Outlook calendar Add-In in another screen

    They will constantly switch between the two when lining up meetings – particularly when trying to book series

    B. Concierge and room meeting coordinators only use the Condeco portal (they do not use the Outlook Add in).

    On one window they will have the Visitors list opened and on another list, they will have the booking grid open and will constantly move between the two

    The impact here of this change is they have to constantly sign…

  13. In order to get an accurate understanding of our meeting room utilisation, we need to be able to report on who attended meetings on site and who joined remotely through Microsoft Teams. This is not currently possible. Please could you allow us to report on virtual attendees (where On site is unticked) via reports and the API.

  14. User is looking for a Specific room (EX: TheBar Room) which is already booked by somebody else. Once the booked room cancelled by the user at the end moment, the notification goes to the person who have register for the availability. (Ex: Like Railway ticket reservation)

  15. When I press "Close the Today Page" the system takes me to the Home page of the Meeting Spaces section.
    Now companies are promoting hybrid working and colleagues use Condeco to book personal spaces (desks) rather than meeting spaces can you include an option to return to the Personal Spaces section instead?

  16. In the mobile app, I can specify a date range when searching for colleagues, so I can look over a longer period of time to see when a particular colleague is in the office. This should also be possible via web version. Unfortunately, I can currently only select one day for the search.

  17. Bulk-assign desks to other Groups:

    Analogous to Zone assignment, it would be a great improvement from user experience perspective if it would be possible to bulk-assign desks to other Groups. Currently, you need to adjust every single resource separetly in order to assign it to another Group which is a quite tedious process with multiple resources.

  19. In order to ensure a set up is always entered or ammended in the 'set up' field on the booking page it should be mandatory to choose a set up before proceeding to the next page.

  20. The Room Booking option in the Outlook Plugin should allow searching based on Date.

    There are instances when a meeting must be held in a specific room.

    Currently, if the room is unavailable, the user must toggle back to Outlook, update date\time and search again. There must be a better approach to finding the next available date.
