  1. Currently in email confirmations for recurring bookings it only displays the original Booking ID but does include all recurring dates.

    As each booking has its own Booking ID it would be nice to include it next to each date of the recurring date.

  2. The auto-bump feature is great for individual no-shows. Can you extend that function that if the booking is part of a series and x sequential meetings are bumped, the entire series is removed.

    Use case: User books recurring meeting for a couple of months. User is then terminated or leaves, but nobody else is associated with the bookings. This can now only be deleted by an admin on request. If the meeting is no longer valid and say 3 in a row are missed, cancel the remainder of the series.

  3. Hi, at present if you want access to the latest outlook addin - it must be packaged and customised by your Condeco CS team. How about making it available on a self serve basis?

  4. When I press "Close the Today Page" the system takes me to the Home page of the Meeting Spaces section.
    Now companies are promoting hybrid working and colleagues use Condeco to book personal spaces (desks) rather than meeting spaces can you include an option to return to the Personal Spaces section instead?

  8. We like to respond to all requests with-in 30 minutes.
    It would be good if we could set an alert to advise admins there are requests which have been in queue for over 30 mins etc.

  9. I'm sure this isn't a radical idea, but having the ability to cancel a meeting and then re-book a new one!!

    I've been told that by design this doesn't work for meeting series. It also only sometimes works for single instances.

    This is needed as there are many faults when looking for alternative rooms. It also doesn't provide many options and/or functionality when moving from existing rooms.

    Therefore, as an idea, please create an feature to be able to utilise the feature of cancelling bookings and then re-booking from scratch for all different meeting instances.

  11. On the new look booking grid the whole of the host name is no longer displayed on bookings.
    The meeting title font is too big and the words are rather squashed and hard to see all details clearly.

  12. We would like to be able to add a document as an attachment to a room booking.

    ,This document may contain information about the meeting or people that will be attending the meeting, etc.. We would want to be able to view the document online and be able to print out as well.

  13. Use case : a user makes a room booking for a date without catering.

    A few days before the meeting, he decides to add catering (eg meal trays). Unfortunately, if these services have setup and clean-down times, the system tries to set them up, but if in the meantime the slots before and after are busy (which is often the case), the system displays an incomprehensible error message saying that the room is not available.

    To solve this problem ideally the setup and cleandown times should be applied within the booking schedule, and not outside. Because it is more logical…

  14. When a room is booked and later requires amending, users are restricted to choosing a different room in the same location and group. Users are currently not able to change the current room booked to another room that is in a different location

  15. A. Most of our Executive Assistants will have the booking grid open

    1. Web browser on one screen,
    2. Outlook calendar Add-In in another screen

    They will constantly switch between the two when lining up meetings – particularly when trying to book series

    B. Concierge and room meeting coordinators only use the Condeco portal (they do not use the Outlook Add in).

    On one window they will have the Visitors list opened and on another list, they will have the booking grid open and will constantly move between the two

    The impact here of this change is they have to constantly sign…

  16. The ability to make multiple closures needs to be implemented so that public holidays etc can be closed in advance and maintenance etc can all be scheduled in without having to erase current closures.

  17. GET API endpoints should support filters that allow retrieving resource information based on External ID set through the API. The list of resources include:
    - Country
    - Region
    - Location
    - Floor
    - Resource Group
    - User
    - User Group

  18. In the 'Attendees' tab, you can only mark an Attendee with 'Internal' or 'External'.

    Nowadays, it happens more and more often that some of the meeting attendees wont be attending in person but are attending via Skype/Teams/Zoom or any other virtual attendance.

    My requests is that Condeco adds the option 'Virtual attendee' in the Attendee tab, so you mark those people accordingly so they wont be registered for with Food Services and they wont be registered in the Visitors Management module.

  19. While finding or booking a desk for a week, every time the User have to click on all days of the week if need to book for the entire week. Instead of that, we can have a book for entire week checkbox that automatically selects all days in a week, so that the User can book desk quickly in a single click for the week.

  20. It would be great if we could add a notes tab into Condeco.

    We currently have a Notes tab in our current system, that allows us to record alot of information regarding the booking, that we do not want the requestor to see, i.e invoicing details, when the booking was made, by which method, changes or anything that happend to to the meeting on the day.

    We find this tab extremely useful to store adhoc information.
