  2. user profile should be filled with the data "company" in case users are from a company with different subsidiaries .

    Field should be filled via SCIM automatically. User can see this field in his own profile but only an admin is able to change this data.

  3. In order to get an accurate understanding of our meeting room utilisation, we need to be able to report on who attended meetings on site and who joined remotely through Microsoft Teams. This is not currently possible. Please could you allow us to report on virtual attendees (where On site is unticked) via reports and the API.

  4. Be able to change the Date in the Floor Plan view.

  6. Bulk-assign desks to other Groups:

    Analogous to Zone assignment, it would be a great improvement from user experience perspective if it would be possible to bulk-assign desks to other Groups. Currently, you need to adjust every single resource separetly in order to assign it to another Group which is a quite tedious process with multiple resources.

  8. If a blind managed confirmed booking is amended by the end user the booking drops off the grid as it is in a "new and updated" status. This risks the original booked and confirmed room being assigned to another booking request.
    It would be better for these bookings to stay on grid and show as pending.

  9. Using the outlook plugin we should have the opportunity to copy a meeting which was held in the past and use it for a future appointment.

  10. When booking a recurring meeting with equipment - if one of the recurrences cannot be accommodated because the room is already booked - the list of alternative rooms includes those where the equipment it not allowed. if the user selects that room (maybe not realising) the booking is still saved, the equipment is not added but the user is not given any warning that the equipment hasn't been booked for that recurrence.

    For example, you can book a projector for Room 1 but not Room 2
    User makes a recurring booking for Room 1 with a projector.

  12. User is looking for a Specific room (EX: TheBar Room) which is already booked by somebody else. Once the booked room cancelled by the user at the end moment, the notification goes to the person who have register for the availability. (Ex: Like Railway ticket reservation)

  13. We miss the possibility for admins to edit details of a booking users have created with the M365 Outlook Add-In. At the moment, only the booking user is able to make changes.

  14. Linked Rooms: create separate combined rooms (ie. Dayton AB, etc) with their own capacities/setup for users to book the right space for their group. And, for the conference center team to properly set up the combination room and provide correct catering. The current linked rooms can be reserved; however, the number of attendees and setup do not show for the combined rooms. It only shows these for the individual rooms being “linked”. This affects our conference center operations for setup, staffing, catering and other operational functions.

  15. It would be good if there was a way to stop users from booking catering on a Friday for the next Monday.
    We can have a booking rule to stop the user for adding catering to bookings for the next day but there needs to be a way the weekend is stopped.

  19. As an event approver, I would like to see the events waiting to be approved listed in the order that they were received and the timestamp of receipt so that I can provide accommodations to the event organizers that submitted requests first

    For Example
    Requests will be honored on a first come first serve basis. If two requests arrive requesting the event space for the same time, the request that was submitted first will be provided approval and the second request will be put on a waiting list.
