  1. Differentiation between Setup time and Meeting time

    The problem is that from screen perspective the Setup time counts as Meeting time.

    If the Setup time of a room is defined "15 minutes" and meetings in general are cancelled after 15 minutes without starting them on the screen, they will be cancelled at the moment when the meetings normally start.

    By now the only solution is to set the time after which the meetings are cancelled automatically to e.g. 25 minutes - if a meeting requires a setup time of 30 minutes it will be cancelled all the same.

  3. Cisco Screens Sync with Engage for Room Bookings

    An individual to be able to make a booking on a Cisco screen and the booking appear in Engage and vice versa
