A button/feature to e-mail all staff that are in the office at that given time.
We often wish to target e-mails/communications to our members of staff that are on-site only rather than all staff. This is particularly useful if you need to make those on site aware of something specific to the office on that given day rather than filling hundreds of inboxes of people who are working remotely i.e. from home. I'm not sure if this should sit in Locator, or elsewhere but for me this should be an admin restricted/controlled access functionality so Facilities Management/Site Support staff can contact those docked at their booked desk/in the office picked up on wifi etc.

Absolutely critical as not much use when people order on a Friday/Saturday for Monday when you require notice to order the items. This is basic functionality that should be present in the product.

A button/link on the check-in page to report an issue with the desk you have booked which then raises a helpdesk ticket to report the issue (to get it fixed) AND automatically blocks that desk out of action (for a configurable amount of time) and takes the user to Engage to book another desk.

Agree. However, I feel that any change to the booking really ought to be flagged visually on the dashboard - no caterer has time to look for e-mails for last minute cancellations, room moves or catering changes - plus as you've highlighted the e-mail doesn't say what has changed so this currently is very unhelpful anyway.

This is a huge issue for us too. We have lots of different services we need to add to any new meeting rooms we create, and finding each service and adding the new meeting room to it one by one is really time consuming!

This would be a great feature to save us relying on other systems to alert people to important information and be able to reach all the right people.
