Add the option to exclude Saturdays and Sundays for catering
Excluding Saturdays and Sundays when catering items.
All catering needs to be requested 24 hours in advance. The system thinks the weekend (Saturday & Sunday) are working days, so if you want to request catering for Monday, this can be done until Sunday morning instead of Friday morning. Is it possible to change it in the system

We currently have it set that meetings have a 48 hour lead time on catering to give our catering team time to prepare catering for the meeting. The issue we have is that people can add catering on Friday at 5pm for a Monday morning meeting but the catering team won't see this until 8am on Monday morning.
We would like to exclude weekends/off hours from the lead time.

Absolutely critical as not much use when people order on a Friday/Saturday for Monday when you require notice to order the items. This is basic functionality that should be present in the product.

This is causing our catering company problems as users can order catering on a Friday afternoon and the system says they can have it first thing on Monday morning. As a large financial services company we don't work Saturday and Sunday so Condeco should let us specify a standard business working week

  Hello,
this is a prior need for our catering Partner because he had lost many user requests because of this issue.
Thank you

Agreed. If using Condeco with Desk Booking, you have the option to exclude weekends. So in essence, this should also be available to room booking, especially for catering where notification time needs to be able to exclude weekends in those calculations.
