    Currently all people can see all floors and floorplans in Engage, despite not being assigned to book at all locations. This should be restricted to only show locations the person is allowed to book at, unless provided additional access, to ensure people cannot see confidential areas.

    Restrict to only show floors where you are assigned to book, unless you have additional access. Currently people can see all floors despite not being assigned to book at these locations - Some floors may be confidential or secure so we do not want them to see the floorplans if they're not able to book there.
