   Current issue is that when receptions are moving rooms reservation, only the host and meeting requestor are receiving meeting updates.

   When a room is moved by the reception, all attendees should receive an Outlook appointment update in their calendar so they have the details about the new room reservations when opening their Outlook invitation.
