This is very important to us as admins especially. Otherwise when we try to maximise the meeting room occupancy and wish to move around meetings, we have to cancel and rebook them. This is of course a nuisance to the end user, who has already invited external guests to the meeting. We would appreciate, if this issue was considered. Thank you.
