We urgently need the option for the users to audit their previous bookings as there is a restricted number of parking spaces allowed for each user per month. Currently they can both view their present and future bookings as well.
It would greatly facilitate the working process and save us a lot of time if the feature to view the bookings made in the past were implemented.
The admin actions tracking feature is quite essential for monitoring and following up on any failures or "false" actions taken in the system, e.g. unforeseen "accidental" cancellations of bookings. Recently we have been experiencing the issue of bookings getting cancelled as well as release of blocked workstations. A log of the steps would be useful in order to prevent the similar unreqired actions in the future as well as to report the case to the responsible person in due course.
