    Agree, we are living in 2026 - A deep service email link is not longer standard. We have many PAs which are booking on behalf of their manager, if they don´t have each other as a delegate in the webinterface, they cannot add service. Explain this to every PA worldwide! It´s really struggle.

    It must be possible to even add a specific calendar for locations, so that no user can oder catering on a bank holiday. This is something what the system is not supporting overall, but the more you relay on the Vendor Dashboard, the more options you must need to support this.

    This is very critical for us as Allianz. There must be an option the items can only be ordered if the meeting is in a specific timeframe. We cannot use the Business Hours of a room for this, as the room can be used the entire day.

    We are looking at making the vendor dashboard responsive on a mobile or tablet. It will be a simplified UI and so not all functionality will be available in this view.

    Agree, it´s really a nightmare to explain to the Kitchen/Service Team that once they need the Webinterface for reporting they can only open the Vendor Dashboard "In Private"-Mode due to SSO. It´s really complicated with this URL, especially as these typ of people are not used to IT.

    As Allianz we have locations where we have hundreds of catering per day. We must make it easier for the Kitchen/Service team, to see what was changed.

    As Allianz this is a critical must-have feature. We need to have more visibility and more insights as admins. The actions which are currently logged is more the basic. We need to see what really happend and what was changed. You just equiped us with bare minimum - We must see the details. This is not only helping us, but also you for the Support Team, as we have to reach out every now and then to get more insights. PLEASE PRIORTIZE THIS!
