Locate Employee
Locate Employee should show an employee's location regardless if the location is primary or secondary. Currently the employee must have a primary location to display any locations.

If an incident happens in an employee's secondary location then this is hard to identify. This information is critical for emergency preparedness.

There should be an option to view all employees located on a floor on all floorplan options throughout the platform. It is not helpful to only see the primary locations. Examples include emergency prep and move management.
