Parts transaction history for Craftpeople and Inventory managers
This recommendation is related with the control that the inventory manager and craftpeople have when they recive parts, by this I mean that both should have like a registry of what parts they have given or recive in order to avoid the wrong manipulation of the parts or losses.
Also, would be good to see all the estimations by work request in an easier way.

Add function that allows PMP's to be associated to eqstd or/and csiid so that PMS records can be auto-created with a default schedule date. If the PMP holds the interval information and table holding the relationship between csi and/or eq_std. This will allow for a number of useful features
- Quickly assign PMP to new assets
- Check if assets are assigned to the correct PMP's
- Add New PMP's to assets that are already in the system when things change.
- Review what assets need to be updated when/if PMP's are no longer required.

Using the SaaS product, we've been provided with a security key to be able to upload files via sftp for connector processing.
When configuring a connector, in order to read a file from the sftp server, we are required to convert the pem to ppk and then upload the ppk to the /transfer-to folder to have it placed on the server.
As this is controlled by the SpaceIQ/Archibus team, it would be very helpful for the SaaS team to pre-place a ppk file for sftp connections as well as have documentation for the required connector parameters to read the file.

Project Management Console - be able to generate service tickets if you are in a work package
If one is using the Project Management Console, When one look at a project and all the actions in the project, one can create a service ticket once the action is in the scheduled status or so.
But if one goes into a work package which shows a separate set of tabs for the actions, change request, etc, if one goes into the action level for that workpackage, you cannot create a service ticket here. It would be nice to have that feature consistent.

Move Console, bring back the counts on the move detail tabs
In the move Console, when one opens up the details of a group move, there used to be counts of Employees, New Hires, Employees Leaving, Equipment and Furniture but now they are gone. Please bring them back because it was helpful to see if there's data in those tabs.

Limit Move Coordinators to subset of Employees
Currently, a Move Coordinator can be selected from any Employee. This should be limited to a small set of Employees. This could be done by a Security Group or a new flag on the EM table.
Group Moves' Project Manager has the same problem, but this field should be replaced by Move Coordinator. (Project Manager should only be editable in Project Management.)

Option to sort orders by site
We need to have the option to sort orders by site on Mobile like the web version does. Right now when we sort by location and it breaks the site down by building / floor / room.

Space Management Background data should have access to define Contacts
When the space users or cloud users go into the background data of space and can get to the 'Define locations' report, they can access the site level data and subsequently edit a point of contact field which is from the contacts table, the only issue is there's no access to modify the list of contacts from the process navigator if only foundations or the Space Module was acquired.

data transfer
A lot of times when using Data transfer, thats done to allow others to fill out details and provide back for uploading (move lists, for example)
It would be nice to display the ml_heading in teh column headers for read-a-bility and the field names in a hidden column that gets used for archibus to read-in (kind of like the windows client used to work....)

Smart Search field - clear or update contents when Advanced Search is used
If the end user performs a Smart Search and selects a building then goes to Advanced Search and performs a different search the Smart Search shows the original search and is not updated with the Advanced Search parameters. This is extremely confusing to the end user especially if they do a building name search in the Smart Search and then go to Advanced Search and do a different building search.

Smart Search floor list - add scroll bar
V25.2 SmartSearch floor list does not have a scroll bar. It is not obvious to the end user how to find the building and floor they want if they have access to a large number of buildings that meet the search criteria (for example room category). You can hover at the bottom of the list and SOMETIMES this will scroll (not always) but it is not intuitive.

"Add One" button to book workplaces for a group of employees
Our users have the requirement to easily book workplaces for a group of employees, because a primary goal to go to the office is that you want to connect with other employees. A simple solution would be to put an "Add One" button onto the confirmation screen ("Workplace is successfully booked!") which returns back to the floor plan using the previous search, with updated search results (one seat is now taken). Then they could book the next space for another employee or visitor.

Manage Home Pages and Roles: Support Quarter Height Panels
The Manage Home Pages and Roles GUI only allows half, three quarters and full height panels. However, descriptor files also support quarter height. These are necessary for the v. 25 Building Metrics panels. Half height panels leave empty space.

Knowledge Base Functionality
We frequently come across a requirement for a "Knowledge Base" that must be part of a proposed solution. ARCHIBUS has the Help files that can be appended and added to but there is no out of the box way for the customer to develop their own knowledge base as they grow with the system. Add "Room by Status" view to Move Console highlights
For our back to work effort, we added the "Room by Status" to the Space Console Highlight menu. We did not extend this highlight to the Move console. It will be beneficial to add this highlight to the Move console as well so users can see and prepare scenarios, not just for rooms by occupancy, but also for available rooms after applying social distancing guidelines.

Separate security group for Move related actions within the Space Console that does not require Space-Console-All-Access
Would like to be able to utilize the Space Console drag and drop as well as the ability to create a Move without providing access to all edit and delete rights that granting the security group of Space-Console-All-Access provides.

Parts inventory Security Groups - eliminate the free for all '%' group
The parts inventory has the ability to refer to a security group “PO APPROVER" so that parts generated in a PO are automatically approved and where the role doesn't have the security group doesn't have the “PO APPROVER" then these parts when requested as PO start off as a status of 'Requested'. This would the intended design of the product but the '%' security group often seems to be needed for power users and areas like the workplace portal.
