Allow setting max and min values for HTML Chart axis
When creating an HTML chart, the max and min values of the numeric axis are automatically calculated. For many charts, these values don't make sense for the data displayed.
For example, a column chart that is showing percentages, but starts at 0.4 and goes to 0.7 does not show an accurate scale for the values being presented.
It would be helpful to have a chart option that allows setting the maximum and minimum value for the particular axis.

UX - Switch the User Profile button and the Home page buttons around 25+
From a user interface perspective, the user profile button / sign out button is always the top right button on a website. For whatever reason, it is backwards in ARCHIBUS, often leading to the wrong menu getting picked. Take a look at google, or microsoft office as an example it is always the top right.

Enhance Archibus visualization capabilities like 3D with a plugins to Rvizto
Revizto is a 3D visualization platform used by the AEC industry to examine 3D facilities during design and construction and collaborate between all stakeholders to locate issues, clashes and the like. Ther is no reason for us to reinvent the wheel. There is an opportunity here to connect to integrate this platform into Archibus, via a plugin, and go beyond our system console to visualize all services and actions, like surveys in 3D or 2D in a very robust way.

Show the Purchase Order Code in View Inventory Transactions
In V2025.01 when parts are received on a purchase order, an inventory transaction record is created. It would be helpful to record the Purchase Order Code on the inventory transaction record and then display it in the View Inventory Transactions Web Central view so inventory managers can report on transactions related to POs.

When opening the Uncatalog screen, the entire screen is not displayed correctly..
When opening the Uncatalog screen, the screen does not display correctly and is difficult to operate. Issues are occurring such as 'Current view' in 'Select Asset by:' and the dropdown icon not being displayed.

Ability to associate a room object in Revit to more than one asset table
The ability to link a room object in Revit to more than one asset table in Archibus would be beneficial for synchronizing information between Archibus and the model. Such as room finishes and occupant information.

Add ability for a craftsperson non supervisor role to view work requests dispatched to their team(sOO
Currently, the only way a craftsperson can view work requests dispatched to their work team(s) is if they are set as a IS SUPERVISOR = YES. But if you set them as a supervisor, they have the ability to Close and archive work requests.
There's a need to have an in between level of access for a Craftsperson record that can only view their assigned work (IS SUPERVISOR = NO) and a Craftsperson record (IS SUPERVISOR = YES) that can view all work requests dispatched to their assigned work team(s) and be able to take supervisory action like closing work…

Notify me when a workspace becomes available on a floor that is currently fully booked
When I try to book and receive the message that the floor is fully booked I would like the option to request a notification to advise me if a space becomes available on the date and in the space that I was requesting (example: If someone cancels their reservation).

Ability to copy the assigned Equipment/Locations of one PM Procedure to another
I frequently find that I need to remake PM Procedures including manually reassigned equipment/locations and defining PM Schedules whenever there are major changes to the SLA work teams and similar.
I would like to see an option to search for equipment/locations by selecting/entering an existing PM procedure (under the filter options) in the assign procedure to equipment or location view.

Unit settings and text display in Redlines
I would like to propose the following improvements to the Redlines feature:
Allow the unit of "Area" to be changed from ft² to m²

IntegratedLogin with "afm" schema
I'd like to be able to use integratedLogin in MSSQL without having to change the database schema from afm to dbo.
Perhaps an additional attribute in the login element in afm-projects.xml to set the schema name separately would make sense?

Rent Roll Report
Add the Lease Description to the Rent Roll Report. We have various users that get the lease codes from an outside company and it does not make sense to them. By having the description readily available on the report they have a better idea of what the lease is about without having to click on the Detail button for each lease and especially when exporting the report and the Detail option is not available

Improve the Floor Plan Graphics in Archibus Web Central
After the Archibus upgrade, the floor plans are harder to read in Archibus Web Central. The older version allowed us to move all of the white room polylines to be underneath all of the AutoCAD layers, but the upgraded version does not. It would be great if this issue can be fixed. The attached shows how confusing the white polylines can be when they are on top of all of the CAD layers. You cannot tell where the solid walls are.

Symbol ID Conflict with Same Type Names
When different families share the same type name, published equipment may be incorrectly replaced in the SVG.

Issue with Long Usernames and Favorites Registration
Long usernames cause the taskid field in afmptasks to overflow, preventing favorites registration.
Please consider increasing the field size in advance to avoid manual updates with every version upgrade.2 votes
